Pea as Traditional Roman Catholic man who comes from a close nit family of 12 I can confirmed these ladies have it about 80 %, correct. Close Familys can be a strong support mechanism. But you do not marry her family nor she yours. The church has always defined the properly ordered state of holy matrimony. You are to become one and you are looking after each other's best interests all the days of your life. I'm a traditional Latin right pre-vatican two Catholic Not a Novas Ordo Vatican Two false Church of sin. Contraception divorce fornication adultery sexual impurity in thoughts word or deed outside of or inside of the marriage is abomination. Strictly forbidden by God under the pain of eternal damnation. There's nothing wrong with a woman working and doing things to supplement the income and manage the household income and increase their family's well-being. A woman first job is being a mans help mate. She is the heart of the home. Cooperation is expected an disrespect not to be tolerated From either party. I do expect women to work and pay their own bills. But that doesn't need to be her first priority in the marriage state. If a woman wants to be a keep woman she can sign up for being a concubine. A wife is not a w**** Valid marriages in the authentic Roman Catholic tradition by a priest is an absolute necessity for two to live in a pleasing to God. A piece of paper at the courthouse is not marriage at best a very bad idea. God Bless
Absolutely right, Pea. If my future woman doesn’t put me first, that’s a deal breaker. Also a Pre-nup is definitely a deal breaker for me as well. I can easily be faithful and love my woman till the day I die as long as she loves me, respects me, appreciates me and is 1000% loyal to me and in return I would give that and sooooo much more. She would always feel completely loved in every way!. That is what I seek
There is a scripture in the Bible that addresses this: Matthew 10:37-39 Where Jesus says- “Whoever loves his father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; and whoever loves his son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me; and whoever does not take up his cross daily and follow me is not worthy of me.”
Most likely because they are speaking to a western audiences and the spending power from westerner in the Philippines is substantially higher than the people from the Philippines. Also her family will always be there for her because they took care of her since birth while her future husband hasn't proven to be loyal yet. Things could be different once she is married and have kids and have her own "main family" to worry about. Also if they married a Filipino man the Filipino man also will put loyalty on his own family first as well. And both the Filipina and Filipino are expected to take care of their parents and other relatives. But in exchanges the relatives will do the same too.
@@robbleeker4777 I think it's great if the woman doesn't want to work but in that case she should be ready and willing to take care of all the domestic responsibilities and cater to her man while doing it with a smile becasue she knows the reality of her lifestyle is just way easier and less stressful!!!
Aimee is the winner. She answered that one most important question correctly; "..the two shall be as one flesh". They, the husband and wife come first, then the family.
I agree with this as well. This is truly a traditional way of marriage. Parents will die off, siblings, & even children will move on in their own lives. In the end it is just the man & the woman. "Come What May!" As in the traditional christian vows -- "I do take thee for richer or poorer, in sickness & health. To love, respect, & care for one another until death do us part!" No thing in there about be a disposable or convenient relationship. As a father of four (4) I do be leave there a just causes for a divorce in extreme cases. Not as a matter on convenience... As so many are for... I know a guy that married a woman as they became pregnant & they did love eachother. Once married the woman refused love or any type of physical affection. After 12 year it led to the man finally giving in to temptation of another woman. They where both wrong. My opinion, both of the women were cause, and they, including the man, ended up in the wrong.
@@edwardfrenze8314 well that's what holy mother church teaches that you have conjugal rights. It's a mortal sin to withhold from your spouse. Although it is a mortal sin for a man to cheat on his wife it's a more damning in more harshly punishable sin in hell for her to cause him to cheat.n
My Filipina gf expected me to marry her, support her daughter from another man (who was not paying child support), have at least 2 more babies, provide financial support for her parents and siblings (who were not working), and buy her a home in the Philippines. Once all of her expectations became clear, the financial burden of what she was requiring of me outweighed all of the wonderful qualities (beauty, good personality, etc., etc.) that she brought to the table. I felt so much pressure that I ended the relationship.
I liked Aimee's answers the best. My wife will always be my first priority and I want to mean the same to her... When we are married, everything begins with her and I. We are now one person in God's eyes so NOBODY can come between us for ANY reason. Everybody else comes after us (except God). This, in my opinion, is the best and only way to have a truly happy marriage. Everyone else in our lives is important as well ... Just not as important as us as a married couple.
Yes, this is what Filipina do not comprehend, if she put her spouse first like he does, he will be more open to helping and giving the whole family. If he feels he is second in her, all his giving will be forced. Not happy.
@@donmartin4919that is sad but true. I basically had to wait until all the elders died. Then she turned into a total bitch. I told her to get lost and now she wants things to be the way they were before. Fat freaking chance of that happening as I put my best foot forward for years and now she has no one to run to. Lol.
I was married for 32 years my wife had a lot of health problems she told me that when we met i told her I will never leave you she passed in 2022 marrage is you man up when times good or bad you don't leave ❤😢
"Man up" lmao that is just the dumbest saying ever. I never hear "woman up" ever. Also, that whole "man up" has no ceiling to it. YOu JuST GotTA MAn uP BrO!
So interesting that even the younger Filipinas embrace the traditional view of a couple and expect the male partner to follow this too. One of the bigger attractions for men in the West for sure! Couple that with the sheer beauty of Filipinas and you have a knockout combination 🥰🙏🏻🌹
@@TheFilipinaPeaI agree with you. I'll consider my family of course, but if I'm to follow what God wants, I have to put my wife first. If she can't do the same then she's not the right woman for me.
I thought I had a good 1 . After a year together she quit her job that she needed to stay in australia . Then the games began . They may come across as innocent but they are very sneaky and manipulative.
I love the reaction of the couple sitting behind Res’ interview. On the first question the guy turned around to listen in and his girl went to smack him in the face. Guys are guys, worldwide!
Amen, after 38 years of marriage (2 sons & 2 daughters) and spot on - I married an extended family with all the pluses and minuses that go accompany a loving, faithful and committed wife.
I like Res a lot, she never hesitated when she said she would take care of her man, that was the second thing she mentioned. She articulates very well when she speaks and know what she wants.
Dear Pea. I watched your videos for a while and I want you to know I met a Filipina who lives in Singapore. She’s an angel and I feel like this could be forever. Thank you for showing me that there are good women in this world. We had a great time in Singapore and Malaysia. I miss her like crazy already and just got back to the US today.
@@Nomad-XAmost Filipinas aren’t virgins but there are still some I know a few who are Filipina virgins but they aren’t easy to get.If meeting from online u will have to talk to her for months before she will even agree to meet up with you.And even after that it will be months to a year or so until yall actually get intimate with one another that’s if you are meant for each other. If not then it probably won’t happen at all.The Filipinas who are still virgins they have strict parents so it won’t be easy there family is more overprotective of them.
Dear Filipina Pea, I recently watched your video on Filipinas searching for husbands, and I appreciate the insights you provided on several important issues. One such issue is how some Filipina families may view Western men primarily as sources of financial support, often likening them to ATMs. Another significant topic you addressed is marriage, especially concerning men in the United States nowadays. I'd like to share my perspective on these matters without inviting unnecessary negativity. Speaking from personal experience, I reside in Chicago. When I met my wife, who hails from Cebu, in 2007, I noticed that many Filipino women held prejudiced views about Black men, fueled by racially biased media portrayals. Unfortunately, my wife faced backlash from some of her coworkers for choosing to be with me. However, I'm glad to see that such misconceptions have been challenged, particularly in light of the recent surge in anti-Asian sentiments. Regarding familial expectations, both Black and Hispanic communities are accustomed to providing support to family members in need. As long as a Filipina's family isn't seeking to take advantage of her American husband, addressing this topic early on can foster understanding. Interestingly, based on my own observations, Caucasian husbands may struggle more with comprehending why Filipino families may request financial assistance. On June 8th, my wife and I will celebrate our 15th anniversary. Our daughter, who is 13 years old, will soon graduate. Despite the challenges, she has received an offer from one of the top-ranked high schools in Chicago, a testament to her academic achievements. For me, our daughter was a primary motivator in seeking a relationship with a Filipina woman. I wanted my child to have a mother I never needed to doubt about her dedication to our child and myself. It's worth noting that many Black men, including myself, have adopted more conservative views, and my wife's acceptance of my preference for non-physical discipline in parenting was crucial. In sharing my story, I hope to encourage Filipina women who may not have considered relationships with Black men to broaden their perspectives. In my wife's circle of friends, I'm one of ten Black men married to Filipina women, disproving stereotypes about Black men being unreliable partners. Additionally, my wife and I have a noticeable height difference-she stands at 4'11" while I'm 6'1". I also want to highlight positive examples like the women on Rivah TV and Melanie King, showcasing why Black men are increasingly drawn to the Philippines for meaningful relationships. Warm regards, Risteen Gates
Pea, here in the U S sometimes it takes both husband and wife to work and be successful. My Filipina wife has been a God Send! When we got married I was in good health. The last five years I’ve had some physical problems. Before that she had cancer and I took care of her during recovery, that’s what true love is about (in sickness and in health). We were both widowed (2 weeks apart half a world away) her son was 4 when his dad died and I’m the only father her remembers, I let him decide when he was old enough about adoption, I always made my feelings clear about it (that I wanted to be his father) even my 3 adult daughters call him their “Baby Brother” and my Grand kids call him “Uncle” ( my oldest grandson is 8 months younger and they are in the same grade in High School) My wife has been able to obtain a college degree and is working on a second. I love your videos and look forward to them every week.
I like how these women answered all the questions and how most of them had the same answers even though they were laughing about it😅 I agreed with the husbands are the provider, the protector and the leader of the household and being the wife is the one that lights up the house, who takes care of the kids and husband, who comforts them and all. But to me I also wanna work not because my husband wants me to but because I want to help him build our future. I believe that its okay for women to be a stay at home mom/wife or be a working mom/wife. It doesnt have to be a full time job so you could still spend time with your family. It feels good when you have your own money, and it feels better when youre helping paying the bills, spoiled each other and most importantly building your family's future together. We all know how "family oriented" filipino are. I'm pretty sure most of our parents said the same thing "Always looked out for each other coz only family can help each other" but nowadays even your own family would bring you down and not treat you right. If I'm married I'd always pick my husband, but that doesnt mean that youre already abandoning your family. Hearing your families/relatives saying bad things just to guilt trip you as to why would you pick your husband over them is such a toxic behavior. You're not just choosing your husband, youre choosing your safe place, your peace and comfort, the one who listens to you when nobody can. And the one who loves you more than anybody else. Again, everyone has their own perspective about marriage and I respect them all. ❤❤❤❤
You can really tell the difference between the ladies that have actually had these thoughts before and the ones who have never questioned their programming. Res seems to have a pretty good head on her shoulders though! ❤🔥
@@TheFilipinaPea That's understandable Pea, Western women never give a thought to a man's perspective either. It's more of a me, me, me look on their lives.
Ms Pea I love that you said a verse from the Bible that a wife leaves her family and submit to her husband that was my problem my wife put her family before me and all he__ broke loose
@@TheFilipinaPea Ms Pea yes but my wife who left me was a western woman I understand about foreign ladies but my now x wife would just take the car and go to visit her family not parents but sisters, cousins, and friends which I didnt mind but she didnt come home before I had to go to work and we only had that one car so I was almost fired from my job of 38 years for calling of work without given a 48 hour notice
The main problem with marrying young Filipinas is they can still be very brainwashed by her parents to be a provider for them. It takes a few years for a Filipina working hard, sending all extra money home and seeing that money being used to make other people's lives better while she is taken for granted. Marrying a 30+ Filipina is more likely to be ready to understand "family" is what she can create with a man. Unfortunately by 30+ most (66%) of Filipinas already have kids so she has already created a dysfunctional family of her own. Fortunately there are options. Many more Filipinas willing to be a live-in housekeeper. So for $150-200/mo USD plus food the household is taken care of. Dating is also easy so that's taken care of and you get variety and as soon as a girlfriend creates drama you can easily move on.
I respectfully disagree with the first part. Most but not all of those over 30 already have someone else's children, are very jaded and are set in their ways. That said, it all depends on the person, young or old. Speaking from personal experience, my wife who is Filipino, has 7 siblings, neither of her parents ask her for money but we send some on birthdays etc. for the parents only. We lived together for 4 years before getting married and travel/worked all over the World due to my expatriate job. When we finally came to the USA after 6 years the first thing we did was to get her a good education with a job that has a future. She's now a dental hygienist and makes good money but still doesn't send money home because she knows she'll need it for her own future. Btw, she doesn't have kids, never did and doesn't want them either.
Great interview questions. All of the girls were likable, but Aimee has the best understanding of what a marriage is about. A man isn't looking for a family to marry. He is looking for a woman to marry. And he doesn't want to be that woman's lowest priority while she expects to be his highest. It's sad that the Filipinas kept going back to housework as the reason a man should get married. As you said, a man can hire a maid...so "wife" and "maid" aren't the same thing. The right answer to the question of why a man and woman should marry is so that they can spend their whole lives with someone they love and who loves them, someone who will have their back and whose back they will have, someone who they can experience life with, someone who they can please sexually and who can please them sexually. Things like that. Not because of housework.
Great content. You are very knowledgable on both cultures. When u said there is really NO benefit of marriage for a guy that was beautiful because your sooo right 🤙🏾
Fascinating stuff, Pea! I can already hear guys rationalizing- "but it will be different once she meets me."😢 A lot of guys need to learn to listen and believe. Take good care!😊
I have an old friend who is married to a Pina...and all of her brothers, sisters and family. There is a constant parade of nieces, nephews and all manner of assorted relatives in their home in Canada. He seems to take it all in stride but I don’t know if he has ever tried to push back.
@@johnlobley Yeah... today I skipped it, but used to leave them playing while I did something else. I'm starting to think that that is the reason why I'm getting them in the first place. UA-cam must think I'm interested!
Hello Filipina Pea, I just discovered your channel a few days ago and subscribed at once. Now it's with great pleasure and amusement that I start to discover what you have to say about the brighter side of Filipino society. You are so genuine, funny and interesting; you make me want to come in summer, for some culinary, geographical and sociological studies. 🙂 Thank you for what you are doing and kind regards from Alsace, France. Christian.
Pea, you become more beautiful every time I see you, not just physically, but your personality shines so brightly. You're genuine, and helpful, and you have a heart of gold. You're always willing to make life better for your culture, and others as well. You're actually doing a public service by putting out these videos, so thank you very much. I'm happy to be a Patreon supporter.
Pea, your women's logic is impeccable. With God almighty as my witness, if i had known this a mere 10 years ago, id have been living there long before now.. And when the interviewed said that she would sign a prenuptial agreement- that won my heart. Even though iwould probably not even suggest it.
@@TheFilipinaPea , Agreed. Thank you for your feedback.. I'm glad I was still surfing ( studying molecular biology) if I wasn't, I probably would've missed this now very important and specific suggestion. I will insist on it. Thanks again!
Wow! Very interesting responses to who should be the priority, husband or wife’s family! It would’ve been even more interesting had you asked the ladies who should be the husband’s priority!
Great interviews Pea. Love the 'woman shall leave her family' families cause a lot of divorces her in America on both sides. My Filipina's Mama calls me 'son' even though she is younger than me. Makes me feel very welcome in her family. My traditional Filipina feels that she is to take care of me in every way first every thing else is second. As far as marriage- It's not just a piece of paper or rings. It's the unification of a man and woman in the eyes of God (after the consummation-wedding night) where then they become one.
I am continually entertained and impressed by how well thought out your insights are, not just regarding Filipinas, but for women in general! Thanks for what you do!
Now I'm stuck between settling in the Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, and Malaysia! I'm falling in love with these ladies and their values! I am single, don't look my age (clean shaven lol!) childless, in decent shape. I can't wait to leave the states!😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
I'll take 2 of Res please.. ;) Seriously though, there is nothing wrong with staying close to your family, however if you cant fully commit to your partner then what is the point, wither or not it is the husband or the wife, your SO has to be your main priority or a marriage will never truly be a successful one. If the men should provide then the women should answer "what I bring to the table is love, commitment, understanding, I bring being the best part and reason to come home too" just as a man should answer, "I will work and provide everything I can, to never let my family suffer as long as I am able to do it I will do it".
I agree! Pea is really excellent in her interviews and content. She knows how to bring things out in a way that communicates clearly to we foreigners And also knows how to handle the Filipinas to make them comfortable and get the most out of them. You're very talented at what you do Pea!
North American westerner here - I have a friend who has been happily married to his Filipino wife for almost 10 years now. Watching this video kind of reinforces everything he says about Filipino women. I find it a bit mind-blowing honestly. I kind of assumed real women were a thing of the past...
Pea: Interesting interviews. Although most of the answers were similar the one that stood out to me was the one who agreed that there is no advantage for a man in a marriage. Some might think that marriage is nothing but a piece of paper, and others would think that it's more than just a contract to be together but an emotional bonding between two people. The sad reality is that when a man who has put his hand in the fire of marriage and gotten burned and then goes to a place like the Philippines, then finds a beautiful woman to have a relationship with but not want to get married, it's in his mind that he's going to get burned again, and some of these beautiful Filipinas don't see or understand the feeling of building wealth, having it all taken from you, then having to build it all up again just to enjoy the last years of your life with someone new that wants the same commitment as the one that broke him the first time. It's a good thing that none of them are scared to sign a prenup, because I think that for men who have already been burned once before would or should want one if they really are that pressured into marriage by their Filipina.
Hello Pea! Greetings from NYC - To me the first girl raised some red flags when she mentioned that she would choose her family over her husband and that she would leave him for her family. Then you followed up by quoting the Bible passage about the wife leaving her family and becoming one flesh with her husband was a great response. As a devout Christian myself this raised red flags for me as this is someone I could not fully trust to be committed to me and our family unit as a whole. If a wife puts her home family priority over her husband then I wonder what could go wrong if someday the family decides that they don’t agree with or like me? They will then have greater influence over her than her husband. So if I were just getting to know her I would just “friend zone” her.
Welcome to the Philippines. Family, not you, will always come first. They will also loudly pronounce they believe in God, but being "Catholic" trumps the word of God. Not criticizing, but have seen a lot married to one over 30 years.
You are the BEST interviewer!! You ask the questions we want to know. Does taking care of your husband mean being enthusiastic about sex? I still think of the 6 story building and men not going past the 2nd floor.
The Bible actually says that the man is to leave his mother and father to cleave to his wife. The purpose of cleaning is so no one can come between them as one flesh. This includes family and even children.
Pea you not only bring humor and understanding to those outside the Philippines, you also help to provide thought provoking moments for your fellow Filipinos too. Slowly and surely with time and each interview I can see that you are changing hearts and minds in a positive way. God bless and keep you as you keep doing what you do! Cheers!
What is the man’s role? To make money Which is most important, family or husband? Family What are the advantages for a man to marry? None Why should a man marry you? He shouldn’t!!! Very enlightening interviews
Be careful to not judge a young lady who only knows her family. These girls aren't reading vogue or going on 5 dates a week. Once she finds the right man the attitude changes and her husband will be #1. But she doesn't know that because her family has been everything to her. A western girl would say "she" comes first. Lol. So I will take a person who believes in family because one day I would be her family. As for money, they aren't saying 6 figures, just being a provider. I find that normal given it's been that way for thousands of years. A woman would never accept a suitors advances unless he could provide for her and their future kids. I like a person who is honest. How many western women say all the right things and then divorce you - at least 50%. And if you lose your job how many western women will stick it out - none! The west is actually a much better place for a broke guy. Just date a woman 20 yrs older and she will support you.
Time change coming soon! I can't wait 😁 I feel the husband should come first. If he's a good man you won't have to worry about him helping your family 😊❤
Ms. Pea, just remember the husband is the "additional child" in the marriage to an Asian woman, especially to a Filipina like some of the girls you interviewed. Great video from an honest perspective from Filipinas on issues with expats in the Philippines.
Also, expats would be retired. On other videos you pointed out that expats will NOT be able to work in the Philippines so we would also be at home most of the time. I certainly wouldn't be expecting her to take care of household chores by herself!
Your channel is the realest thing I’ve encountered on UA-cam, and in general, in a very long time! I haven’t been to the “PI” in many years, and you’ve got me really missing it! Keep the videos coming!!
You do a wonderful job as a vlogger Pea. I'm glad you're doing well at it. Don't forget the one about a relationship being based on trust and understanding....she doesn't trust him and he doesn't understand her. I still get a chuckle everytime I think of your handle "The Filipina Pea". Carry on girl.
I definately don't want to be with a woman or marry a woman who won't put me first. I will put her first as I am her partner and she is mine. Thanks for the interviews.
Great video Pea. Res,and farrah are cuties. Your interviewing style was perfectly balanced with humorous and thought provoking questions. Thanks. Well done.
Wow. RES is my type of woman. I like her responses and attitude. I would have no problem with you sending her towards my way. I wouldn’t kick her away. You got some great responses Pea. Keep up the amazing interviews
Great video nice way to bring a serious subject with some good light-hearted humor. very entertaining when you was able to stump them with the question about the husbands benefit of marrying them followed by a nice size pause. 😁 They all seemed like very nice women hopefully things workout for them and what they are looking for. Hopefully you have a great weekend.
i liked when the girl said she wouldn't choose a guy who couldn't or wouldn't get along with her family. after all, if the girl is so close to them, she likely shares a lot of their opinions and traits. if he can't get along with them, it's very possible their relationship is only holding on to superficial aspects, like attraction or convenience.
Thank Pea...I've learned a lot about Filipinas in your videos, I plan to marry a Filipina and this helps me to have this conversation before I offer myself in marriage...it seems like biblical scripture or God word isn't as important as family word ...I assume for many the family is bigger than GOD and what his word says...Thanks for helping me when I make that decision 😅
@@BristecomI agree. The contrast between attitudes in the US and my home country is like night and day. People in the US find being away from family and on your own as the goal but in the Philippines, it is sticking with your family and helping them even if it sacrifices your mental well-being. I learn to want to practice a balance between those two mindsets
Asians are like that. Asians tend to have close family ties. For them, family is number 1 priority. They are very clannish. In contrast with westerners, they are very individualistic.
In all seriousness.. that is one of the most brilliant end screens I have ever seen on UA-cam! 💯 And I have easily watched thousands of hours of videos on this platform, as well as studied this stuff for my own content (different account).
Love your work Pea. Looks like the younger ones are beginning to become "modernized" women. Not bad yet, but the future is beginning to look questionable. Res restored my faith in the younger ones.
Hello Pea thanks for the great information as usual and all the women were beautiful. I hope they find the right man who will appreciate what they have to offer. I plan on coming out in the fall to check the country out and see if I should retire there or not. Your channel helps me understand the culture. I am down to 4 countries now for retirement.
You're AWESOME! You always ask the direct questions that we ourselves would want to ask and get an answer to, and if that person doesn't quite understand the question, you still do and so you ask it a little differently to try and get the answer we all want to hear.
Great interviews, Pea. Very insightful peek into the mindset of young Filipinas and the role of the extended family. But what about the older men who want to marry a Filipina but would prefer an older version of those girls. What would that look like ? Do they exist ? What are their needs ? Is there hope for older foreign men seeking a life mate? ✌️❤️
@TheFilipinaPea Thank you, Pea. I did watch them. I should have said, "Please post more of those types of eligible women." I really enjoy your channel, keep up the good work. ✌️❤️
I love the honesty. I like how you were trying to defend the position of men, but I wasn’t surprised at all that women could not define what benefit men gets for marriage. Thanks, Pea.

These girls prove that the adage "always keep an island in between your wife and her family" is strongly valid!
Yes, I agree completely. When you marry, your spouse comes first and your family is second. It says so in the bible even.

Absolutely right, Pea. If my future woman doesn’t put me first, that’s a deal breaker. Also a
Pre-nup is definitely a deal breaker for me as well. I can easily be faithful and love my woman till the day I die as long as she loves me, respects me, appreciates me and is 1000% loyal to me and in return I would give that and sooooo much more. She would always feel completely loved in every way!. That is what I seek
Between a filipinas family or bible, the family will always win.
There is a scripture in the Bible that addresses this: Matthew 10:37-39
Where Jesus says-
“Whoever loves his father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; and whoever loves his son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me; and whoever does not take up his cross daily and follow me is not worthy of me.”
I loved how you crushed the first girl's world view by asking why her husband shouldn't just hire a nurse.
A flawless victory for Pea.

To love, respect, & care for one another until death do us part!"
No thing in there about be a disposable or convenient relationship.
As a father of four (4) I do be leave there a just causes for a divorce in extreme cases. Not as a matter on convenience... As so many are for... I know a guy that married a woman as they became pregnant & they did love eachother. Once married the woman refused love or any type of physical affection. Put your spouse first, especially if you hope, want or expect them to help provide for your family (and extended family).
Yes, this is what Filipina do not comprehend, if she put her spouse first like he does, he will be more open to helping and giving the whole family. If he feels he is second in her, all his giving will be forced. Not happy.

Dear Filipina Pea,
I recently watched your video on Filipinas searching for husbands, and I appreciate the insights you provided on several important issues.
Warm regards,
Risteen Gates

Pea, here in the U S sometimes it takes both husband and wife to work and be successful. My Filipina wife has been a God Send! When we got married I was in good health. The last five years I’ve had some physical problems. Before that she had cancer and I took care of her during recovery, that’s what true love is about (in sickness and in health). We were both widowed (2 weeks apart half a world away) her son was 4 when his dad died and I’m the only father her remembers, I let him decide when he was old enough about adoption, I always made my feelings clear about it (that I wanted to be his father) even my 3 adult daughters call him their “Baby Brother” and my Grand kids call him “Uncle” ( my oldest grandson is 8 months younger and they are in the same grade in High School)
My wife has been able to obtain a college degree and is working on a second.
I love your videos and look forward to them every week.
Thanks Darrell! 👍😊
@@TheFilipinaPea from over 40 years ago half of the guys I was in the Marine Corps with have or had Filipina Brides!

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Yup, you’re right about filipinas working hard for years before we begin to question our programming 😳

@@TheFilipinaPeasome of the most hard working people i know
I respectfully disagree with the first part.
Something definitely to keep in mind. Thanks for the food for thought @MrWaterbugdesign

Pea:
Interesting interviews.

The Bible actually says that the man is to leave his mother and father to cleave to his wife. The purpose of cleaning is so no one can come between them as one flesh. This includes family and even children.
WOW!! Great entertaining 25 min. Thanks for your content PEA!!! Love the Hooters ending…. You had me LMAO, Thank you!!!!!
Cheers!
Thanks Jack - I sure am trying to get people to see the light 🤣👍
Your name is ringing in the black community @@TheFilipinaPea more and more of us are hearing about you through the passport bros videos
What is the man’s role? To make money
Which is most important, family or husband? Family
What are the advantages for a man to marry? None
Why should a man marry you? He shouldn’t!!!
Very enlightening interviews
I always try to highlight the bad along with the good, and this is stuff you western guys need to know 👍
Be careful to not judge a young lady who only knows her family.
Her hair is amazing!!! Btw guys I am gonna be a passport bro! I found my gorgeous Filipina.
Time change coming soon! I can't wait 😁
I feel the husband should come first. If he's a good man you won't have to worry about him helping your family 😊❤
Ohhhh noooo, that means I have to post an hour earlier 😳🤣
@@TheFilipinaPea but I can watch you from home instead of this phone 😊😄
Ms. Pea, just remember the husband is the "additional child" in the marriage to an Asian woman, especially to a Filipina like some of the girls you interviewed. Great video from an honest perspective from Filipinas on issues with expats in the Philippines.
Thanks Keith 👍
Yup, this one points out a few problems, too 😊
Also, expats would be retired. On other videos you pointed out that expats will NOT be able to work in the Philippines so we would also be at home most of the time. I certainly wouldn't be expecting her to take care of household chores by herself!
Thank you for this pea! Those are the questions that should be asked
Good Evening Pea,
Another great video!
Have A great weekend!
Thanks for your hard work each week.
I definately don't want to be with a woman or marry a woman who won't put me first. I will put her first as I am her partner and she is mine. Thanks for the interviews.
Pea, I personally think these interview videos are some of your best! Can you please keep making more. 😊
Thanks Tom - I will 👍👍
Great video Pea. Res,and farrah are cuties. Your interviewing style was perfectly balanced with humorous and thought provoking questions. Thanks. Well done.
7:44 Pea quoting a Randy Travis song!!! (Forever and Ever Amen.)
😙😚😚
I’m full of surprises! I even surprise myself 🤣🤣🤣
@@TheFilipinaPea - I often wonder what music you listen to? You seem to have quite a variety!
Res is the star of today's show.
This. She's gorgeous and had all the right answers. ❤
Wow. RES is my type of woman. I like her responses and attitude. I would have no problem with you sending her towards my way. I wouldn’t kick her away.
You got some great responses Pea. Keep up the amazing interviews
I was thinking the same thing about her
Great video nice way to bring a serious subject with some good light-hearted humor. very entertaining when you was able to stump them with the question about the husbands benefit of marrying them followed by a nice size pause. 😁 They all seemed like very nice women hopefully things workout for them and what they are looking for. Hopefully you have a great weekend.
Great on the spot interviews Pea
LAJUAN! You’re still here, my friend ❤️❤️❤️
So much happiness and laughter! Very nice to see that kind of spirit still exist
At 25 minutes, is this your longest video? Another excellent video, of course 😊
i liked when the girl said she wouldn't choose a guy who couldn't or wouldn't get along with her family. after all, if the girl is so close to them, she likely shares a lot of their opinions and traits. if he can't get along with them, it's very possible their relationship is only holding on to superficial aspects, like attraction or convenience.
Love your questions…very insightful and entertaining…you are an expert interviewer.
Pea is so amazing and this channel is so solid. I love this channel!
Good evening Pea. My favorite day of the week. And my favorite time of the day, Pea time. Let's get this show on the road...
Let the weekend begin! 👍😊
Many Filipinas suffer from ECD (Excessive Clan Devotion).
Asians tend to be very collectivist whereas Whites tend to be very individualistic. The ideal is probably somewhere in the middle.
@@Allin1Xavi Filipino families stick together because they dont have money and they always ask money from their breadwinners. Ganyan mga pinoy.
All I need a woman for is loyal companionship.
Apparently that’s hard to come by these days.
It can definitely be found here 👍😊
@@TheFilipinaPea for a price
And the Philippines is still in the running after this video? 😳🤣🤣
@@TheFilipinaPea Well that first women did concern me 🤣
@@TheFilipinaPea nothing quite like the love of a loyal, in love Pinay.
✌️❤️
Oh yes they exist, and yes you stand a great chance! Look back at my videos and you’ll see the interviews 👍
@TheFilipinaPea Thank you, Pea. I did watch them. I should have said, "Please post more of those types of eligible women."
I really enjoy your channel, keep up the good work.
✌️❤️
The first girl will become an old maid no husband will be put last!!!!😮😮😮
I love the honesty. I like how you were trying to defend the position of men, but I wasn’t surprised at all that women could not define what benefit men gets for marriage.
Thanks, Pea.
Women looking for atm to support their family.
Good evening, Pea. Hope you and yours are doing well.
Probably not as good as you are, but good enough! 😊👍
Having lived my life in the States, this video was fascinating. Radically different perspectives.
Men love idealisticaly, women love opportunitistically.
Good Evening Pea.. Gotta go watch now
Please do, Warf, and let me know what you think 👍😊👍
Hey FilipinaPea, I think you are so smart and pretty you do a great job as an interviewer and TV personality. Your endings are always surprising and entertaining. I'm 35 🦂 🐉, going to Philippines later this year to hopefully meet love of my life. Thank you for all your advice and all you do. Keep it up 👍
