Hi, I am also a Muslim but from Indonesia. Indeed, the torment of hell in the hereafter is very heavy, so we must pray to Allah so that we can be saved from the fire of hell. However, praying alone is not enough, you also need to seek forgiveness (istighfar) and ask for protection from Allah so that we can be spared from the fire of hell, or even recite the Quran.

I see... im trying to get my non muslims friends to accept islam bcuz i dont want them to suffer in a punishment like this. The suffer is permanent for them and they cannot escape it and i want to see their beautiful faces in Jannah. But some of them are young and their parents are not giving them the permission to accept islam. Plus the chirstian friends i have. They worship Prophet Isa (A.S). Which is shirk and could let them into a huge punishment in hell. One friend of mine told me that she is worshipping prophet Isa (A.S) bcuz she loves him (just like every christians). One friend of mine told me that he is just following his own religion. I dont want them to suffer😢😢
