    Thanks again for your great ideas. You have such a marvelous eye for detail and clever use of materials. Most instructions say wrap yarn around a piece of cardboard. You say use a book...why? The needle threads easily through the groove. The scissors cut easily because there is room at the bottom of the tassel. You add beads, you hide knots in clever ways. AND when all is done you tidy up with the steam trick. Your instruction never seems to disappoint.

    Thank you so much for making this video! I found it easy to follow. I especially appreciate the tip about using the hardcover book. First, mentioning the length of the book was perfect, and then the tip about threading the needle through before removing the wrapped yarn was excellent. I can't wait to try the Free Yourself Shawl

    Years ago I learnt to do bobbles, using a very similar technique, but sometimes it's nice to be reminded of things that are so effective!
