Is there a trick for activating the buttons? I can't seem to make a good connection from my finger to the button... But when I do get it on, I love it!

After you got done using the heater was your power cord or outlet hot or warm?
Power cord can get warm if it is running for a long time! I have never thought to check the outlet temps nor have I touched them so not sure!
