In the first game, in both the Wii and Xbox 360 version to be specific, both the Mii and Xbox Avatar had the exact same All-Star move, but in this game, in both the Wii U and Xbox 360 versions, they both have different All-Star moves with the Mii's being swords and shields while the title theme of the game is played while the Xbox Avatar's being shooting Xbox logos while the Customize Avatar menu theme plays. See how odd this is?
No dude, its just licensing fun. Wreck it Ralph is a disney movie, Sonic the Hedgehog is in that movie, and so comes this to maybe boost sales of the movie and this racing game. and Wreck-it Raplh looks fun as hell to watch!
Sega Superstars games often reuses voice clips from other SEGA games i dunno about Ralph's voice clips in the game but he still has his voice from the movie.

I think they half-assed on the allstar announcement this time. i like the first all star racing where the announcer basically shoots fear into you by saying someone has an all-star and you have no idea where that person is so he could be right behind you about to hit you with the all star. So yeah.

"Can anybody stop this fighting machine!?"
They were planning on putting him in the game but they scrapped him because they tried 10 different designs for his car but they didn't fit the criteria. This also explains why he doesn't make a cameo in his own stage or as a hologram in the Race of AGES track

They did this because of the transforming mechanic actually. Just imagine character's All-Star moves like Sonic and Beat running in the water and mid-air and you'll see where the problem is. Notice that when a character goes into AS in this game they automatically go into flight mode.
I agree 100% I wish Sonic would of been able to just run for a short bit, Beat and Gum could use their skates etc but I'm sure it would of been hard for the developers considering they transform in this game.
The one thing I truly wished they left in the game, was Shadow's Bike. You're saying it can't be done since they need to go to air and water. Shadows Bike can transform into a speed boat, (the small 1 man speed boats) and for air it can turn into a little 1 man plane.
the game has 4 difficulties and if you want all of the characters and stages, you gotta be good, A to S class good. Games aren't always easy to beat but you want 100%, practice makes perfect. A game is good if it's challenging and has more to offer.

Heh I love all the Allstars in this game. Even if most of them are transform into plane and kill everything. Some you don't even have to aim! Others Coughshadowcough require you to be next to someone for it to work. So you're screwed in you're far ahead or behind.
Oh believe me friend, it's happened more times than I could count. The items in here need to be nerfed too. They should hit you so hard to the point that your vehicle nearly comes to a complete halt when hit by any item, they should only do enough to slow you down and not bring you down to like 10mph from 200mph.

I was kinda down that the vehicles changed but to Sega's defence, it'd be hard in graphics and animation or whatever to do something like that since motorcycles are incapable of transforming into speed boats or mini planes. Shadow's Dark Rider can't do that at all. However, Shadow could've gotten a quad-bike like Joe Musashi since it's like a motorcycle but is capable of transforming due to its mechanisms. You gotta understand that even Sega has to put some logic in this game.
because NiGHTS and Reala don't need vehicles since they can become vehicles and due to the transformation mechanics of this game, everyone has a car, tank or bi-plane.

I agree. In the first game, the all-star moves went beyond "turning into a plane and having projectiles". Out of these, I like 3:57 the most.
The All Star moves in Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing looked a lot cooler than the ones here, but this is the better game overall (in my opinion).

I think Ralph and Danica's are my favorites. Ralph because it explains his wrecking ball and Danica's because she is literally playing with Hotwheels.
