@samlan bhi, An objective overview. Furthermore, can you provide a comparison of the research factors you mentioned regarding brokerage, with reference to authenticity?
Asa, Making my attendance 🙋♂Concepts clear about buy back, learning a lot during these bonus intermediatory lectures. To me it looks like Kohat C with that parabolic escalation on the chart has already bought major percentage of buy back shares contrary to Netsol. So is it the joy ride with SM to get on ? Of course with a Disclaimer on your part. Is it in accumulation stage ? Thanks for the great clues and another class coaching session.
Chances are that it will retrace to 290 to 330 area and will spend few time there before making a new high of 600 to 700. The whole process may take 6 months to 1 yr . On the other hand breach of 440 with huge volume will negate the downside and we may 600 soon but seems difficult to me.
@@PsxBulls ...and it definitely depends upon how much they have already bought back and if its in bulks I don't think they are going to let it retrace. Inside news is such a blessing for those who got the reach 😁 Thanks
Simply excellent. The buy backing company uses retained money and this retained amount has a share of common shareholders as well according to the percentage of free float. The shares which the company will buy back will have no share of ordinary shareholders is it not unfair Sir?
Sir, first of thank you for your prompt reply. I may be unable to understand. My view is that the amount with which they are buying is retained amount out profits earned. Let’s take the example of KOHC. They don’t pay dividend. Their accumulated gained amount on their balance sheet is Rs. 42453505000/-. Their Free Float is 30% and that means the afore mentioned amount contains 30% part of share Holders unpaid dividend which comes to Rs. 12736051500 or 1273 Crores which Ideally, they should have paid to shareholders but now the shares bought will be 100% owned by KOHC. This was my point of concern please
@elderbhai first of all its not mandatory for company to pay dividend but its good if it pays. Company can also use reserve cash to enhance company requirements like eg. purchase of machinery land etc . Buying back of shares is also a sort of providing existing shareholders a confirm value addition as the number of shares reduces the Eps becomes attractive and the share price goes up but in such scenarios the company on the other hand also get more power of holding shares so a win win situation for both

Focus on charts and Psx notices of companies only.
Ignore the research reports of different brokers .

They are buying from the market and if people are selling then how its unfair
