Tom Cruise Cake Recipe

Ingredients
Cake:
426g plain flour or all purpose flour,
1tsp baking powder,
Pinch of salt,
670g castor sugar,
200g unsalted softened butter,
6 eggs,
1tsp vanilla,
256g sour cream or soured cream
180g coconut flakes or desiccated coconuts,
300g white chocolate
Frosting:
70g unsalted softened butter,
330g cream cheese,
160g powdered sugar,
1tsp vanilla,
Pinch of salt
For sweetened coconut flake:
225 coconut flakes or desiccated coconuts
4tbsp sugar
6tbsp water

I made this cake and it was delicious. I found the next day it was even better. Next time I make it, I will refrigerate it for 24 hours before serving
