    classic jordan - born to win - 55 pts but it's his assist that wins the game. one of my fav athletes of all time

    For everyone watching this video keep this in mind. Michael Jordan played in game 6 of the NBA Finals on 6/20/93. After retiring shortly after... he then did not play in the NBA again until 3/19/95. This game was played on 3/28/95. So think about it... Jordan did not play in an NBA game for nearly 2 years, and in only his 5th game back he had this phenomenal performance scoring 55 points in NY. Absolutely mind boggling! Greatest player ever! No doubt!

    Ah yes, the game where Michael Jordan and Bill Wennington combined to score 57 points. What a classic.

    Call me when lebron has to deal with fouls like that. And he still drops 55. Like watching an artist at work

    I wish there was HD when he played. This video would look so much more beautiful.

    thank you for putting up full game highlight!!
    jordan in the late 80s and early 90s is exceptionally good at the deceptive hard dribble and hard stop like he did to starks here. it is very hard not to bit on that hard dribble of his because he could literally get pass one defender for a few feet in one dribble.

    Dunk at 3:30 by pippen is so underrated in the history of dunks. I think so anyway

    he is the greatest, he is absolutely the greatest of all time. He was not playing for almost 2 years, he was not practicing and to deliver that kind of performance in the 5th game after come back is hard to believe. People have extremely short memory since they put LeBron in the same breath with Jordan

    1:51 lol dat shit was so unfair man. I don't blame John Starks for getting a lil tricked n thorwed off, Jordan was THAT good to wear he could palm the ball with dem big ass hands, move it around in the air, make u think he's going to put in on the floor and dribble past you and just simply rise up and shoot it right in your fuckin face. SPLASH! Jordan was a fuckin monster in every aspect of the game but Kobe is still my favorite player ever. Jordan is #2 in my opinion. I know he wasn't better than Jordan overall, but it's just my opinion.

      I would be HIGHLY pissed if I had to guard Michael Jordan...I wouldn't even wanna guard the Jordan of the Wizards lol he was just too cold with the fundamentals.

    Bulls retired 23 so MJ couldn't wear it. Game 2 on the Eastern conf semi finals he said F it and wore 23, I believe the league fined him like 10k a game for every game he wore it which was like 3 more games. Until the 95 offseason they said he could wear his old 23.

    How many minutes did Jordan sit out in the 4th? We don't see him at all in the 4th till there is 3+ minutes left.

    every time I watch him come down at 6:30 I cringe... that could have been so bad

  • @MrFraiche

    Jordan was wearing #45 because when he retired, they retired his #23 jersey and he would have had to pay a fine each game to use it. Eventually, he just paid the fine.

    • @jjustill30
      @jjustill30 8 років тому

      That isn't the only reason he chose 45 because it was his brothers number and he used to say that he was only half as good as his brother hence the reason he wore #23

    They retired 23 by either the Bulls or the entire NBA a la Jackie Robinson and was still retired when he decided to come back. ...we wore it for most, if not the rest of the season.
