Mam i have a 2 questions plz clarify me...
1. how is it possible to separate oxygenated blood from IVC and deoxygenated blood from SVC in right atrium...? It will become deoxygenated once again there in the right atrium...
2. IVC carries oxygenated blood from umbilical vien and deoxygenated blood from lower extremity so how is it separated...?

Hello,mam i have doubt what the blood superior venacava collect is deoxygenated that's is entered into left atrium but in left atrium what blood is collects from IV that is oxygenated ...their is any mixx deoxy blood and oxy blood

Theoretically it says no bcos the 2 streams follow a different route...but practically there will b some amount of mixing

Rv has mixed oxiganated and deoxiganated blood and this blood will go to the lungs for nutrition perpous and than after this blood will comes into the LA. So the blood in the LA coming from lungs is oxiganated or deoxiganated?
