The answers he gave was not consistent with the 4 years experience he told. With that much of hands on experience any interviewer would expect much more. Even interviewer seems uninterested to dig into any perticular technology and moved from one tech to another......
Mostly teams meet , if some times we are attending from company laptop we can ask hr to share Gmeet link Some people ask for go to meeting or WebEx. For 4 yrs. 3-4 rounds (mostly) I have known for some people it's 6 rounds as In minute case. if they have urgent requirement they will close with single discussion (may take 1hr) Force you to join ASAP . Its all about how fast they need a resource
