Aldous Harding could be one of the rare creative human creatures of our time; blessed threefold. 1 - A marvelous voice. 2 - A connection with the creative spirit that lives in us all, but that most have allowed to be silenced. 3 - The Will and Tenacity to speak and to sing from that spirit, no matter what the consequences.
Having had the pleasure of attending three of her live performances in Manchester UK, I wish her God speed and all the Protection of the Angels, on her Path.

Work. You simultaneously blew smoke up her ass, whilst diminishing her talent. No, not everyone has a great creative spirit within themselves. It’s not that deep. When you say something like that, you are essentially saying “She is amazing but everyone could do what she does if they just meditate & get zen with their artistic spirit!”
Allow yourself to be silent.
With every performance, she disappears as a human and becomes immersed with each note and vibration of the music. The song is her and she is the song, there is no separation.
I find Aldous Harding's performances singular acts of dilation and presence. I'm a fan for life.

She has such a captivating stage presence. hope to see her several more times.
That second song was amazing. This is the first interview I’ve seen where she seems like she’s revealing her real self. In many interviews she seems more guarded. She’s quite an artist. I’m impressed ❤️ beautiful.

She is amazing and for me, she looks totally lost in herself in a way that benefits the music. It is sometimes raw visually, as her feelings are some so expressive, but it is just so beautiful to behold.

Holy shitballs! That Elation song is one of the most beautiful things I have ever heard.
Although it's not the most entertaining of interviews, it is nice to see her not performing, just chatting.
She's lovely, Marty seems to be a very nice guy as well. The camera focus was a bit off during the interview, but probably intentional (?).
Also, what most impressed me is how much she can change, from the Blend video to this interview and everything in between. Lots of layers on this one...
reminds me a bit of trying to interview mazzy star - their interviews were pretty awkward too - both express themselves in their music & have difficulty talking about it
She wants to let the music speak for itself and I respect that.

Living in Aus,i have missed everything about her,only found out about her today via Myf Warhurst on Triple J,Myf gave her the most amazing review,said she is the best live act she has seen in years,stops her in her tracks every time.

Quit giving grief over her not petting the cat. I love cats and have quite a few, she could be allergic possibly, or not want cat hair on her clothes or be scratched even if the cat is only playing. We all know you guys , including my own self would play with the cat. She was their to give an interview and sing, and man that last song was really something! She is sing so quiet and sweetly, then it's that last note loud! Incredible!

She gets something about Dylan in the performance rather than the composition. Dylan's a chameleon and inside of the narrative he disappears. I get the feeling that she's a puppet and can break any moment except I doubt it would matter.
I think this woman is great. Seen a few interviews and it seems that she is not really there... interview wize.

what a difference between this and the first appearance on 13th floor. (i find this show to be really awkward. I'd hate being interviewed from someone looming over me in a bigger chair, with their clipboard! Also, with an animal on me I clearly don't like!)

Indeed, but we've got to just keep soldiering on. Heaven's a shit place anyhow... Just a bunch of old relatives and Mormons making macaroni pictures. Even Aldous sings about how empty it is. Purgatory's shite too, basically just an airport admiral's club with no booze in a sea of wailing, unbaptized babies... I think I'll take my chances here in the firey depths
