Today, I will be using a 11x14 oval canvas with a beautiful rich deep blue base. This size canvas is being used to show how a Dutch Pour can be successfully executed on a smaller canvas. I will use a blend four amazing layering colors to create this gorgeous Dutch Pour with lots of flow and elegant movement. Let's get started!

All paints including the base are mixed with 2 parts Floetrol to 1 part paint with small amounts of water added to achieve the desired consistency.
