My neighborhood (called Tall Grass) growing up had a regular pamphlet with happenings people could submit. Basic stuff like "so and so graduated congrats" or "so and so is having a winter coat drive, donate here." It was called "Tall Grass Whispers" which is such a dramatic name for what it was. However, whenever my mom would gossip to her friends, my sister and I would make a whispery noice and say "uh oh tall grass whispers!" It was bland suburbia so the gossip scene was so extra. I WISH that someone would have made Tall Grass Whispers into a legit gossip rag. Lady Whistledown would have thrived in my hometown.
Excited to see this journey with you as you watch the whole series. It’s going to get very dramatic but it’s all worth it watching the whole thing. And I think it’s perfect timing for you to be watching it now before the season 3 airs in a few months so the content will be fresh in your mind. Excited for more to come!
I feel like a majority of the American population has a bit of English ancestry considering the early settlers “colonizers” were mainly from England and well…..we all know what happened. However, with the accent it’s easy to do but a lot of us Americans like to mock it by over using it….and of course we confuse it with the Australian accent which sounds similar but not really.
Putting in my request for season 2 AND the Queen Charlotte spin-off!! We need more melanated girlies to give their commentary…. Ohhh and if you like period pieces, I’m also putting in my request for The Gilded Age ❤❤❤😅
Queen Charlotte is (kind of) a prequel to Bridgerton; definitely woth to watch.
All the best from the Netherlands!
someone commented this on the original upload, so we're gonna do queen charlotte after season two, before season three drops! ✨🫶🏽
