Fluke are amazing, I love all their music. When I was a teenager I heard Bubble and have been a Fluke fan ever since. I stumbled across this tune today. Very Fluke. Love it.
That takes me back, in 96 when that was released i did a regular night in a pub and they loved this, so did i at 7 mins long i could nip and get a fresh drink.
I beleive Tim Lennox used this as the play-out to one of his sets on a Pete Tong Essential Mix back 1996 - ever since I first heard this, I was blown away.
@jackkedrabbit i had no idea myself and just before we played bjorks hyperballad thats nuts no wonder i like it so much. bourt this on vynal in 1997 after hearing anny nighting gale on radio 1 at about 4 in the morning i rember her saying she lost her record bag on a train but did not lose this 1 .
I remember listening to her when she played this first. She talked about how it was ion white vinyl only, and that she “must be a lucky monkey” to have gotten a copy. Great track from a time of great music.
I was today years old when I found out Fluke used to be called Lucky Monkeys
Wanted to know tis group since 96 . Thanks !!!
