Fun fact: The guy who reached the Farlands was given $10,000 by Notch via stream donation right after he reached it

man the dude basically created actually physical semi conductors to run a computer in a digital world, like if thats not freaking genius i dont know what is
It really isn't that hard to create a functioning transistor in minecraft, so the thing that surprises me is not that they created it in minecraft, but that they could actually make a computer from scratch. I almost think it would have been more impressive if they made it in real life.
yea thats just insane on an insane lv i never played minecraft and i feel like even if i did i still dont get it unless he changed the games code ?
Well, those guys only made minecraft in minecraft, there is actually someone who made his whole computer running on minecraft
recreating Pokemon Red in mc
So you think a quantum computer could be created in Minecraft?
136 hours of physical dance gaming?? Shoot, I don't even exercise for 10 minutes. She is a real freaking legend and possibly the craziest on this list.
Do u play little fighter
Wdym possibly the craziest it’s the craziest no doubt may not be the most entertaining which is why no one is really talking about it though
@@Wemby73LeKukie tied up a computer record in Super Mario Bros 8-4 and the computer was called a TAS and it was carefully programmed for YEARS to make the perfect record and LeKukie beat it. I don’t know 136 hours of dancing could compare to years of training.

That's not comedy. Thats how it should ended :D
small correction: it isn't lag that makes movement jittery in Minecraft when you near the far lands, it's actually caused by floating-point precision becoming less accurate the farther you move from the center of the map, basically the game becomes more and more inaccurate at calculating the positions of entities (players, mobs, physics stuff like falling sand and minecarts)
also, the far lands don't exist in modern versions, the world is now stable up until 30 million blocks out and the limit is marked by a world border that you can't cross, the last version that had a proper far lands was Beta 1.7.3, although you can bring back the far lands on modern versions with a very small mod that just disables Mojang's patch
lastly, Minecraft's scale is a bit wonky, one block is officially 1 cubic meter, and the player is 2 blocks tall, so Steve is 2 meters tall lol
In bedrock ther3 is now the stripe lands
We need to go further the further land after that fardest land
2 meters for height isn't absurd or unheard of.
And he's 1.875m tall, or 6'2", so not too much taller than normal.

@@ChromeCobra420I get it- 15/8, which Minecraft reads as "1.111!"
I've heard the Dark Souls guy story before, he is a LEGEND
As someone who has done LASO runs of Halo and /attempts/ flawless dungeon/exotic quest runs in Destiny, on one hand you do eventually learn to predict the enemies and can use that to your advantage but then at the same time all it takes is one random moment in the code to screw you up and set you back to start and it IS heartbreaking
And as someone who grew up on Ocarina (one of my favorite games ever) MASSIVE props cause that can be a giant oof xD especially the tennis fights with Phantom Ganon and Ganondorf

These are some of the most dedicated gamers in the history of all time.
Bubzia did achieve the impossible 120 star Super Mario 64 blindfolded, and he was world first, and Chrism run was 5-6 years ago during that race.
12:49 the last star of the entire run was defiantly hard but with enough practice and consistent patterns for the game, it’s possible to beat. I manage do it myself for that star alone.
602 run
The lesson to be learned here is to put gamers in charge of solving hard problems, because if anyone says something can't be done, a gamer will figure out a way to do it.
It may take almost 20 years (such as Jervalin's deathless Halo 2 run without the envy skull on the OG copy) but we eventually figure something out xD
The just dance one was so crazy I can't even stand up for a few minutes but 138 hours kudos to her
Bro I gotta love the commitment, playing mario for 21 hours straight and trying to beat it as fast as you can knowing that your basically playing against who has similar skill as you. And beating all the dark souls trilogy at once! And not taking a hit? Wow, also doing it in one run and starting all over. THESE challenges were pure hell for these gamers
always been productive informative friendly moment whenever Be Amazed uploaded 🙇🏽♂️😃
Smallant was one of those people to beat SMO without jumping once and it was trial and error as well. Another thing that Smallant achieve is that he beat SMO (Super Mario Odyssey) blindfolded as well, he does have a full vod about it as well.
yep, that was pretty amazing
That was an amazing video
and also using cappy 3 times
He also beat SMO coinless, damageless, jumpless, and capless all at the same time.
A german youtuber had beaten SMO without picking up a single coin no jumping and no damage He is called VIK
Another great video. My personal favorite is like I already said, the Magikarp one. Magikarp will always be my all time favorite Pokémon, and now that I know about it, I think I might watch that myself. Another great video though. Keep up the good work.
As a skyrim fan myself, playing skyrim with potatoes is just brilliant
Sounds like way too much work just to barely be able to play the game, at least in any meaningful way.
I was expecting someone to run skyrim on a super energy-efficient mini-PC\laptop and power it with potatoes lol. IMO that would be way more interesting to see.
For me this is achieving the impossible in video games 00:12 literally just finished this boss couple days ago after an entire day of taking a beating to the extent of almost giving up, I ended up summoning Solaire baby and finishing them with fire orbs
Lol.....I remember almost quitting to them and just refusing to summon. I beat them solo eventually, but now I usually beat them within 3 or so tries from playing the game so much. I managed to beat them on the first try last playthrough but I'm not banking on doing that again anytime soon.
@@Jeremy_Watson Dope! Man I'm this close to beating the game, once that I don't think I'll be playing any souls game anytime soon. right now I'm fighting Manus before going to Gwen and kick his ass... or he kicks mine
@@sallyshafey hmmm you know... I'm not sure I ever beat Manus... I'll have to check. I know I didn't on any other run but I had wanted to go for it on my last run. I just don't find him memorable. I still need to beat ancient dragon from ds2 and nameless king from 3 though.
@@sallyshafey have you ever played 2 and 3?
@@Jeremy_Watson Yes, you should totally do the DLC it has by far my favourite fights in the game, Knight Artorias, Manus is pretty challenging too he's little irritating at first, but once you get a handle on his strategy you're good, I recommend fighting him in a close range but not too close, better block his attacks using the shield I tried to dodge but I still got damage, also the more you make damage he'll start casting, they will inevitably do harm, you can't dodge or escape from them so make sure you bring along the silver pendant necklace, you can find it in a chest behind an invisible wall on your way to him.
No, it's my first game in the trilogy and hands down the best decision I've made in a while.
I'm not a 'gamer' , though enjoyed this .
I can remember when Mario , was first released , along with the game pads , before the modems and seperate controllers .
Well done ✅ to those who've beaten the algorithms that are the game .

@@dinosaurpro6592 I'm well out of practice , as one of the versions was in a crt tubed table , which was sat at to play the game in arcades when those were popular - I see they're makeing a reappearance where I live , 🤔😚
Nice post, some incredible achievements there. Can't help thinking though that completing LImbo, arguably the best game ever, without dying once should be in there as well.
I know Elden Ring came out this year but I wish they mention Let Me Solo Her since he beat the most challenging boss in the game without being touched which is nearly impossible and he kept on doing it to help other player and he wasn't wearing armor and only have two swords after losing to Malenia the boss over 200 times till he can do it without being touched.
Crazy vid man love the Zelda blind run
Dont do it its a stupid scam
Back in the day, I would do Spyro trilogy runs like this.
Had to get 100%, in order, without dying once.
Was fun!
@2:49 that is his magicarp's level (99), the arcanine is "only" level 61
also, 2 days being 8600x2 seconds long, running at 10,000x speed, that would put minecraft running at ONLY 1/17th normal speed. That's still pretty slow, but functional for testing.
That 602 run was something else, shame SmallAnt wasn't mentioned because I think he added Mario Odyessey to the 602 making it a 1482
Oh god, there's now a 1482 challenge?!
I can't dance for 100 something hours straight, but I can get superstar on an extreme difficulty playing two characters: a different movement with each hand ( on co-op mode, so both hands count toward the final score.
I watched an entire minute of a Raid Shadow Legends AD then installed and played it. Not even One Above All can do that.
nearly 22 hours of gaming and 5 secs between?! THIS is a competition at eye level
WHat about the guy who bettead hollow knight without getting soul (that means that the only way to do damage to enemies is with pasive damage only available with charms and that also means that you can only heal with benchs so he couldn't heal during things like boss fights)
And that same guy also beated 100% of kirby superstar ultra with a minimun of 3 jumps and he also beatted shovel knight without getting gold (not including the gold you get from beating bosses otherwise it would be impossible)
Hey, just wanted to correct the distance that Killo traveled in Minecraft, since It has been confirmed that every block (that's a perfect cube) in Minecraft is exactly 1 meter by 1 meter by 1 meter, thus making Steve (the player character) exactly 2 meters tall
No, he's 1.875m tall, or 6'2".
12550824 m, or 7799 miles, was the distance!
Currently playing zelda - blows my mind how someone is able to beat the game blindfolded. 😳
Imagine if these powerful brains were applied to the tangible world. Maybe someone could figure out how they worked with mega ton stones back in the day, lol
Blindfolded speedruns of games are actually getting really popular, and not just for Zelda games either. I've seen lots of blindfolded speedruns of Super Mario 64 and Mike Tyson's Punch-Out online too.
None of the blindfolded playthroughs are real..
Sorry to say.
But if you wanna get famous for scamming people go put on a thin blindfold you can see through and do a Speedrun.
And if you're currently playing Zelda you ain't played shihh "back in the day" or you'd be so sick of Zelda you'd wanna move on to 2008.
I don't believe the ZELDA speed run blind fold..... I don't care hw long n much u ply it it's impossible
dang the guy really beat dark souls without getting hit hes a gaming genius and a gaming god and a gaming pro and a gaming legend he should be remembered in history
He also totally didn't use a PC and just cheat to not take damage or remove his hit boxes.
@@zyourzgrandzmaz where is your source hater?
@@zyourzgrandzmaz are you sure?
the one crazy achievement ive ever seen is beating champion red in heart gold soul silver with only LV 1 pokemon. that was nuts
Both are winners in the 602 mario-ton. 5 secs? Thats probably one the best gamers comp story I've heard and I haven't heard a lot.
I can't remember which race it was exactly, but there was another one that was multiple hours long that ended with 1st and 2nd being less than a second apart.
Speedrunning races are really surprisingly competitive and fun when the players are actually similar in skill-level.
The issue is that a LOT of them will have like, "WR holder, and then 12th place, 15th place and 22nd place", which makes them... very lopsided.
The only amazing thing I've ever done even remotely like any of these is Zelda a link to the past I beat it without dying or saving once and that zero at the end so sweet Yes I had to restart several times ice dungeon in the dark world kept killing me but eventually I did it. Only time I've ever done anything like that but in comparison to that these guys are just on another level.
Thanx for the video as always i love it but more than usual this was a fun video to watch and mad respect to you on Game of Thrones... there is no such thing as a Season 8...that Minecraft in Minecraft is cool as hell..the creators must be geniuses
There is a youtuber by the name of Smallant that not only beat Super Mario oddysey without seeing OR hearing, but also did it without touching the controller, and with CHOPSTICKS. He's pretty decent at the game i guess.

Amazing video I have a suggestion I think you should do a video on the Speedrunning Category it's amazing what gamers can do to defeat all odds and get record breaking times like beating Super Mario Odyssey which should take hours upon hours, in 58 minutes.
Love the game videos! 👍🏼
I've done some challenges like beating Zelda: Ocarina of Time with only three hearts without dying (you NEED fairies and bottles), but never something as insanely hard as playing the game blindfolded. Some people are gamers and some are GODS!!
honestly, 3-heart OoT really isn't that hard, you just need to know the game well enough. Most speedrunners only grab hearts because it's faster to damage boost through areas that need more than 3, and for the fire temple timer.
But it's honestly a really easy game to no-damage, which means you don't actually "need" the hearts.
Nice! That's awesome! Great job!

With the Odyssey and blind run, smallant has done many firsts in Odyssey, being the first to complete a full min cap run, using the minimum amount of captures, and a full blind run, he has also done jumpless, coinless, damageless, and cap bounceless, he did the last four all together once as well
Never been into creating insane challenges. But i did at least come up with a formula for beating the final boss in final fantasy 7 on auto pilot.
Equip everyone with counter attack. Then 2 people with final attack-knights of the round and no hp plus. The 3rd character with hp plus maxed out and final attack-phoenix. This insures that the final attack-Phoenix person is the last to go down and will revive the party. Mienwhile the other 2 will cast knights of the round on their way down, doing mega damage. And of course, everyone will counter attack. If you have two maxed out knights of the round materia, your party is probably strong enough to do the damage needed. The only other thing to worry about is to make sure everyone has enough mp going in to the fight and you'll be able to beat safer Sephiroth without even touching the controller.
And to think as a kid I thought I was a genius for playing Mario's Cement Factory 😂😂😂

Trying to complete a nonstop flawless marathon game run is a good way to really *wank* up your psyche. High octane action games already spike your adrenaline pretty high, but the constant stress of fighting your way through while trying not to take any hits (when the odds against completing a game without any damage are incredibly high to begin with) can really mess you up.
not sure whether it still fits but i think it's quite impressive: about 2 years ago, youtuber martincitopants speedran the videogame just cause 3 100% in one sitting. this took him about 20 hours. then he did it again in around 18 hours. his third attempt was made after people had also attempted this, when he asserted his dominance by destroying their records by completeing the game in 40 hours, but that wasn't his record as his practise run was completed in just slightly more than 12 hours after which he had sworn to never play just cause 3 again, so naturally he tried the same with just cause 2, which took him over 30 hours (may i remind you in one sitting) which was then revealed to be false as his in game time was around 27 hours, which was still slower than the record he wanted to beat (pain)
