to be honest i dont mind that you remove restless sleeper, after all this series is about getting rid of ALL of the negative traits and if there's one that cant be deleted then it shouldnt even be in your character
I agree, its even worse because the energy/sleep system in this game is so busted. the fact that not getting 9 hours of beauty sleep makes you hit like a wet noodle after a few hours of walking around is insane. He made it to fall and had his training montage, just get rid of it TBH.
I also think this would be a good idea since he literally can’t get rid of it

It's been 9 episodes and god knows how many in-game days of constant exercise to exhaustion and decent diet. Bart has earned the removal of Restless Sleeper and so have you.
Yes to removing the Restless Sleeper! Bart has gone through weeks of proper sleeping schedule via alcohol. I think it's fair to get rid of it.

@@jacobbastin802 actually no. Because it WILL work at one point and then everyone will be screwed. Get used to it now already and pretend it works and you will never take the stuff if you are afraid to get slow.
Please continue this series for some time, about time we got a longer project zomboid series since chester!
Claustrophobia is affected by roof length. Thats why is warehouses you dont get panicked, destroy the upper floor's floor and you should be able to get rid of panic while indoors.

@@weekendthreat5576 I don't know for sure, but if I am understanding it right, the cam tracks total roof tiles above you... so all of the first floor roof tiles count, but deleting one of the first story roof/second story floors means all of the second story roof tiles would *also* count to the total. It's a bit meta-gamey, but if that's truly how the game logic words, it is also very clever!
I've heard from multiple people that the run speed modifier doesn't actually work, unless you have a mod that fixes it.
I sure can notice it in my game.
I wish more people knew this.

I love this series. Seeing Bart grow and find things just makes me happy.
Oh man I can just picture Bart looking in the mirror doing his best Solid Snake impression with that makeup,"You're pretty good." So proud of our little guy! He's gained enough might to hold his own, but is still discreet enough to know when he's outmatched. Gives me hope he'll find the Internet out there somewhere!

I am fine with you removing restless sleeper mabye you can do it when you lose another negative trait
For the Smoker trait, cigarettes tend to be pretty easy to come by. Gas stations and bars tend to have enough to keep you set for life. With everything else your character has to worry about, being able to remove at least the stress moodlet would probably make things a bit more manageable.
I like the smoker trait, it adds to the immersion
Also reduces unhappiness too. Well worth it imo, who’s gonna live long enough in this game to smoke every cigarette in the map 😂

I also had this problem with Thirsty and Heavy Appetite
Basically the more strength and fitness you gain, you will gain these 2 traits, it's quite annoying I know and to this day I don't know how to solve this other than not making a character with very high strength and fitness
No. It's not about strength or fitness. It's about being overweight too long. Starting obese basically forces him to gain these. Once he gets into a normal weight in like 20 more days, he'll start losing them
If you're using ETW it's not that hard to read the spreadsheet they kindly give you to see how you gain or lose traits. While restless sleeper indeed isn't dynamic and he could remove it himself eventually, high thirst and hearty appetite are dynamic. The TLDR is, if you are overweight or underweight, you'll get the traits. To gain the opposite traits, you need to be in good weight, mentally sane (stress, panic, unhappiness and fear) and keep a good sleeping schedule. It has nothing to do with strength or fitness as you've said

@@mainaccount4585 Yes but that's unlikely to be the case. Given that you can see these two are the last traits he has (besides overweight that he got after losing obese). Which should mean he got them after creating the character when the game checked Bart's weight

I built a base next to that crescent shaped lake a wile back. It was pretty nice we cleared out all the trees leading to the main road and made our own driveway.

it was worth waiting, can't remember the last time I was so on edge while watching a pz video.
btw stress decreases your damage by 30 percent and sleep if maxed out will decrease your melee damage by 50 percent

I like that you used a mod to show the character's weight in their body type, really showed the change that Bart made to get to a healthy weight

100% rem0ove restless sleeper cause if you didnt get it from the start you get it on the 3rd tier moodle of hungry and i think its very reasonable, also makes it easier and better to watch

you know Lime there is an acronym used by project zomboid community and thats W.W.P.L.D (what would private lime do) hahaha i love Zero to Hero playthroughs, i will say that fast shamlers are easier and i'd love to go sprinters with vaulting but i have an older PC and the game for me does stutter once in while i'm on foot, i'd hate loose a 3 month character that way.

Not sure if it's been changed, but I always delt with restless sleeper by waiting an hour after I wake up and sleeping again. I usually pair it with wakeful.
Spears are defenitely my favorite weapon in PZ. I don't feel like it is cowardly to use it and it does keep the zombies at a distance. Somewhat... 😉
I think the next series should be where you take 10 of your top favorite mods, and just see how long you live for, No challenges, just survive

lime you should do a i am legend type of run where its 6 months after initial outbreak and zombies are active sprinters during the night but not in the morning

Is it not vanilla that the oil barrels could have gasoline in them? I have been playing so much with certain quality of life mods that i don't know. Every time he passes one in the sheds/barns i am confused why he doesn't look to see if there is any stored gas

Im pretty sure that the speed modifier doesnt do anything yet. Some guy tested runing with all the stuff that supposedly slows you down, and he didn't find any difference from running normally
It affects walking and aiming speed and some affect combat/swing speed. "Run" speed modifier is a misnomer.

Either "finally bore fruit" or "have finally borne fruit" are correct. "have finally bore fruit" is not correct.
I liked the episode.
If you can remove 2 traits or remove the claustrophobia trait (since most of the time you try to sleep inside so sounds fair that you don't sleep well because of that), then you should be allowed to remove restless sleeper. Or else have a milestone, 250 or so zombies, a number of episodes, 5 days doing a "calm sleeping routine" were you "take it slow" and you dont train for the sake of getting the best odds of good sleeping or simply survive a lot of days
