I litterly rented one of these back in 2016 and to this day it’s the fastest non sport vehicle I’ve driven on highway.

I own a 2015 Buick LaCrosse 6-cyl. It has awesome pickup to this day. Naturally, I keep up with maintenance. I post this being a former 1967 Firebird owner; back in the day😊@@USMarineCorp95

The side vents are something that was on Buicks for decades. They indicate how many cylinders the engine is.

These cars are actually GORGEOUS close up!!! The seats are very thick too, amazingly plush!
P.S. The audio system is WAY better than expected as well...

TheSpritz0 To me they offer better value than European luxury cars. Not saying they are a better car or anything.

Great review.I love my lacrosse I just bought 3 days ago. I mean it is the best car I have ever owned in my 61 years!

Some people here have sort of put the Lacrosse down and have wanted reviews of Mercedese or Lexus. I looked at a Mercedese the other day and can't help but feel the Lacrosse is light years ahead of the one I saw. it was a small SUV with a dinky little 4 banger engine and though I didn't drive it the car seemed to me to be very crudely built. I'm not putting it down, though because if we all liked the same thing this would be one Hell of a dull world. However, if one buys a GM or Ford car at least the profit from the sale stays in this country and perhaps might help OUR economy instead of Japan or Germany.

This kind of reminds me of the 04 Acura TL, and by the way this Buick is amazing when windows are tinted.

Bought a 2015 Lacrosse a few days ago and find it to be a very nice car. My only complaint is that the driver can't see the hood and it's a bit hard to judge distance especially when parking but that's something one can get used to. It's no hotrod by any means but gets around well enough to get a guy into a lot of trouble. Traded my '06 Lacrosse that I liked very much but was starting to show some wear and was pushing 200K miles. Hopefully this one will be as good or even do better. Time will tell about that. all told so far I'd recommend the car to others who want some comfort at a decent price.

Richard Cunningham I have driven these a few times and find them very good value for money.
How are you finding it after a month.

bighands69 So far so good. It's a very nice riding and handling car. Had a little trouble getting used to the electric power steering but now that I'm used to it I like it. My only complaint for awhile it seemed that there were a lot of complicated gadgets but both my wife and I are used to them by now. Some foreign made parts? That I don't like but we get that no matter what we buy. 300 Hp. engine lets it accelerate and get down the road pretty well. And we really like the backup camera.

bighands69 A while back you asked how I like my 2015 Lacrosse. After having it awhile I've found a couple of things I don't particularly care for but overall it seems to be a nice car. The trunk is rather small and I wish it were bigger. As for the various gadgets the car seems to be loaded with, I'm having a little trouble getting used to them and some don't seem to work. Try to activate one thing and it cancels something else. Of course it could very well be that I just don't understand some of them. Even with my complaints I'd recommend the car. Some here have been singing the praises of the Lexus. Nice car. I've been in several and can't find any of them any better than the Lacrosse. In fact some don't ride or handle as well. Then of course there's the price. From what I understand the Lexus that's comparable to the Lacrosse costs something like $10,000.00 more. I don't know about anybody else but I could use that Ten K to by more toys.

I agree that the side vents on the car look cheap but its a design cue of Buick's heritage that dates back to the 1940s.

Ample trunk room. Less than Impala, but then the LaCrosse has more rear seat leg room, which I appreciate more. Still have not mastered the navigation system.

Nice car, horrible trunk for such a large car. I hope the new one coming out mirrors the Impala's size.

Excellent review he mention everything I was thinking such as: they could have put wood grain on the steering wheel and also that the windows has blind spots etc. Very excellent review.

This and the Impala have the same 3.6 and not many issues. You are probably referring to the older 3.6 in the impalas. Like the 2003 Impalas lol

***** What do you mean by that? From what I saw in reviews the Lacrosse is the only Buick built in the U.S. If you want to write about the new Riviera that's another thing. Designed and built in China and that's really a sore point with some people. Of course from what I understand about the Lacrosse the engine is built in Mexico and I wonder how long it will take for it to throw a scrap iron fit.

Great review as always. I'm sorry but for $38K I'd rather buy a Sonata Limited, Azera, or even a base Genesis. I guess my age group (25-30) is not the target market for this one.

    • @yoshiakik.5332

You must be joking. The LaCrosse blows all those cars you mentioned away, well maybe not the Genesis, but the rest, thats not even a debate.
