DJ Premier might be the greatest East Coast hip-hop producer. His work with Jeru the Damaja, Jay-Z, Biggie, his own group Gang Starr and others is some of the best rap music from the '90s.
Enta Da Stage has been on my radar for a while but I've not got around to listening yet. I've heard of Smif-n-Wessun but not sure I've heard anything from them. So, thanks, I'll listen to both of these when I can, cheers
Would be interesting to see you check out some more underground UK stuff, especially if you're enjoying the tongue in cheek jokes. Lot's of metaphor and word play, High Focus for sure 👍

He might be the greatest there is! He’s been almost an ever present force throughout hip hop. Great to hear him on a UK track like this.
