Is it just me, or has cash not Improved in all the time he's played basketball? His handles are still extremely basic, his top of the key shot is still way too inconsistent to be "Hit shot", his layup package is the same, he's still slow asf, and, of course, he still resorts to the hacking and fouling. I used to hoop back in the day, then many years ago I switched over to full time weight lifter (like yourself) and now own my own fitness studio in PA. I was almost on a ventilator from Covid this past December, fought it off, got pneumonia Super Bowl Sunday, back in hospital and fought that off, and I'm someone who never even gets sick, never misses work.

Also I noticed in your follow through your left hand rotates forward and that means you have to much left hand in your shot and that’s why they always go long/back of rim, try working on taking your left handle completely out of your shot and I promise you will up your percentage by at least 10%. Try one handed form shooting drills and UA-cam it if you need to know exactly what I mean, you’re my favorite creator so I just want to pass on my knowledge I’ve learned in my career from a great NBA shooter Larry bird.
