- A visit to Disneyland for the recent opening of Tropical Hideaway . A new area in between Enchanted Tiki Room and Jungle Cruise in the former spot of Aladdin's Oasis . New foods and dole whip flavors are served on site while Rosita the new animatronic talks to guests .

The plant mounted on the wood hanging on the side of the palm tree is called Staghorn ferns which naturally grow in tropical rainforests .😊
FINALLY they've done something with this area that opens it up and also takes in some Dole Whip customers from the Adventureland entrance. They did an excellent job. The foods look so delicious.
Dole whip is the best! Even outside of the parks, it still reminds me of the magic!

The Tropical Hideaway looks incredible! Did anyone else notice the S.E.A. symbols on the paddles? Also at 15:01 is it just me or does anyone else think the shapes on the lamp look like Donald Goofy and Pluto? My expectations have been exceeded, the Imagineers really did a great job on this. Thanks Adam for touring the Hideaway!

I really like it! I don't normally stop and look at those sort of things at Disneyland. I am all about rides when I go to the park. But now I might have to stop and look. I love the Tiki Birds so yeah. Feels like an extension of the Tiki Room.
All the oars have the Society of Explorers and Adventurers logo, and the oar with the gator was used by Meriwether Adam Pleasure, founder of Pleasure Island and charter member of The Adventurer's Club (which has been retconned to be a chapter of the S.E.A)
I miss the Tiki Room.....the people mover......the skybuckets......Captain Hook ship........Oh I love this vid!!!.

I think it’s important to note that that dole whip bowl is vegan too including those pocky sticks! I had no idea this place was even under construction! Can’t wait to try this!

The music in this area is great. I noticed the Adventureland Suite, a song that was cut from the tiki room, and even some recordings from classic Adventureland acts.

Adam that's a Staghorn fern on the board. It's an air plant. Doesn't need to be put in dirt. They just have to mist it once in a while.

I was at Disneyland in Anaheim from December 17th to the 20th right when this restaurant opened. The walls were up the first 2 days I was there, and the third day the walls were down and the place was open! I regret not trying it out on its first day, I didnt even really think about it much at the time. I did try a dole whip from the stand in front of the Tiki room though, and it was damn good. Keep doing what you do Adam, I love any chance i can get to see Disney parks!
