So much to do, and so little time …. These days, I just do my writs on 18 toons, ransack some containers and nobles’ pockets on my farming toon, and I’m done. Still do Survey Saturdays to get the mats to fuel my crafting, but that’s about it. I always appreciate the quarterly tip vids! They give me different things to try out. Need to mix things up every now and again!
Great video! Thank you! I just returned to ESO. The first time I quit was when Morrowind was released and high CP characters took a huge hit with a resource management nerf. A lot of people quit, including some big names like youtubers and people that make popular guides. And they came back and so did I. So most people that are quitting over changes will be back.
Funny thing was roaming Vvardenfell a few hours before I saw this and found myself at the battleground merchant and saw those coffers. I was scratching my head saying to myself were these always here!?! Glad to hear it was just put out this patch. That's a bit cheeper than the gold I have been dumping for the sets 😄
Great video! I've also been wondering if the undaunted event is having an affect on the price differential between items in good traits vs. bad traits. People are passively farming transmutes like crazy in this event, so I would think that a choice item (say, PA Ice Staff) wouldn't experience the big swings of trait vs. cost (infused vs. uh... everything else?). That's hundreds of thousands of gold differential, maybe wiped out by the fact that I ran a bunch of undaunted dungeons and stockpiled transmutes. This would also be a factor for smaller items, such as war maiden staves or deadly daggers, no? That, coupled with the fact that Tales of Tribute coffers can contain transmutes (and often do), I'd assume that right-trait prices should go down... but are they? Should they?
So happy my random search for earning gold or farming led me to your site several months ago. My methodology has certainly changed for earning funds towards items I would probably never see as a casual gamer. Though I haven't achieved Millionaire status I still survive !! Thank You and thank you for fixing my UA-cam name :)
I just started trading but after the patch sales have been a lot slower, this has also been noticed by the trading guilds i'm in, placed in vivec, so it's not just my own perception of it (EU PC server)
On the matter of where ZOS could take steps to influence the economy next, I think one of the most unbalanced areas are jewelry upgrade materials. When the master writs are so worthless that there are add-ons that help you destroying them, something is not quite right. They touched the trait materials now, but those are only a part of the problem, so the platings might be the logical next step.
Have deinstalled ESO and am VERY Happy about it. It feels really Like leaving a Toxic Relationsship 😅😅😅 But love your Vids and hope you will remain having fun and good loot xd
Hello Artea, Probably the wrong video to ask this, but as of late: Guilds are having to pay More and More on bidding for Traders. This ups the cost for Guildees to stay in certain Guilds. Do these Traders actually make "Real Money IRL?" Why such inflation? It's a game. I researched online in ESO, etc. But only found the general info. Thank you in advance for any explanation.
In game inflation is a thing, as the prices of all of the items in the game can sell for more as time passes. With more gold being generated and things costing more, naturally, traders also require more gold in order to be secured. So long as guildies continue to trade, this shouldn’t have too much of an impact on them. Otherwise, I’d advise searching for guilds with no requirements.
Soooo, are those rewards from the High Isle dailes on a timer or not? As in is it even worthwhile to do them on more than one character on a single day?
Powerful Assault prices have gone insane, as healers are now expected to use it in PVE -end game. I just paid 3,900k for an icestaff in -training- because there were no other price value options up at the time.
Do you think switching from console to pc for ESO is worth it? I have all the dlc on console but there are usually steam sales for $38 for all dlc including high isle
I think it's worth it, especially if you have a steam deck. I've been playing it on my deck the last 4 days now. The Dungeons and stuff aren't included, though, just the big area expansions (greymoor, high isle, summerset, etc.)
Imo a more basic guide on trading would help. Nearly every topic in your videos has at least a brief mention of it being useful for trading, only for me to immediately drop that information because I don't really grasp trading to begin with. Things like payments to be in trading guilds are a real deterrent when you're a casual player and just end up fumbling around not knowing what to do with your giant pile of hoarded items over the years. A step by step guide would help ease that transition. Preparation, addon usage, which items are / aren't worth selling, consideration when picking guilds, actually selling something and the data you gauge prices with, etc. Some of this has been touched on before, and some things might seem obvious to many, but I can't be the only one who considers this to be a mountain of knowledge that is troublesome to get into.
I have a lot of trading guides that are specific to new players! I can't approach every video with completely new players in mind, otherwise my videos would be far too long and disinteresting for those that understand these concepts already (these quarterly gold guides are specifically for experienced traders), but I would recommend some of my older videos that are more beginner friendly. You can also join my discord server to ask beginner trading questions! Edit: spelling
That sounds about right - I’ve found that I’ve had to lower the prices of some of my mats by a tiny amount to get faster sales, while other mats have actually increased in price (ex: average market price for temp alloy increased by 2k on PCNA, although likely because of the new patch and everyone needing to upgrade their new gear). Overall, my trading guild was actually able to break their sales record this last week and continue to sell lots, which has been a pleasant and welcome surprise given all the chatter about peeps leaving 🙏
Hello! The motifs that drop from those coffers certainly have a 20h cooldown (wherein the drop chances plummet for 20h after receiving your first one) but the furnishing plans do not have one!
Iv set up guaranteed Zen, Kinras and pillar of nirn dagger runs. Sell runs between 100-150k a pop I get 1-2 runs a day. I pulle 200-300k in 40mins a day. Easiest money printer iv ever made. Especially with the new meta, sales through the roof.
thank you for your vids love watching them I am looking for a new trading guild have any suggestions? I am not a top trader but someone who enjoys all aspects of the game so not to spend hours just to one thing in game
Which server are you on? If you place on PC NA you are welcome to join my trading guild: we are located in Alinor and do not have any dues or sales requirements. Access to the guild is granted by joining our discord server and requesting an invite in #invite-pls after assigning yourself the guildie role
As the poster below noted, you have a soothing voice. Can I bottle it for my sick cat? Normally I'd Torrent it, but I felt that it was probably better to ask, before stealing it. He has a massive tumour on the side of his head, and cannot ask himself (probably because he cannot use a phone or keyboard)
Aww I would say that at least the high isle dailies are fairly accessible, even for newer/less experienced players! Ask zone chat to help you with a world boss quest in return for a quest share and you should find someone out there that’s willing to help (or two or three) :)
As long as there is no cd on the heal portion, it will still remain as the strongest defensive set out there because of refreshing negative effects counts as it's removal. For example each hit of Templar jabs applies a snare, Mara's Balm will proc 2-3 times for each enemy Jab cast or Charged trait reapplying status effect will trigger it.
You asked if we see zos increasing drop chances on anything else in the future and I think I might have a answer. I think they will continue to increase the drop chances on players 🤦🏻♂️🤣
I like your videos and tips but my gold methods is never discussed anywhere in mathematical terms, not gonna share but is very simple and you might guess it, time friendly as in max 3 hours of gameplay per day, and I make an average of 70-80 mil per month and it doesn't involve crowns, just a bunch of alts
Chances are your method may have been mentioned in another gold guide; these quarterly ones stick to the new methods that arise from the new content that comes from chapters. I also tend to stray away from mathematics in general because of how turbulent the economy is (prices are always changing) and how much the prices for items vary across servers. Typically whenever I mention prices (even when I include a preface like "on my server: PC NA") I'll get a considerable amount of comments from annoyed viewers stating that my numbers don't line up with the values on their particular platform 😅
I enjoy the way you break down all the information you present in your videos. That said, this is goodbye. I’ve lost all interest in eso since update 35. Wishing you the best and wishing anyone who sticks with eso well.
