SAUSAGE under vegetables. MEGA salad

Sausage under a vegetables is a very tasty variation of the classic Salad Herring under a fur coat.
For cooking you need:
Smoked sausage - 150 gr.
Boiled beets - 1 pc.
Boiled carrots - 1 pc.
Boiled potatoes - 1 pc.
Boiled eggs - 3 pcs.
Onions - 1 pc.
Mayonnaise.
1. Cut the onion and sausage into small cubes.
2. Grate potatoes, carrots, eggs and beets on a coarse grater.
3. Put a layer of potatoes on a plate or in a culinary ring, then mayonnaise.
4. Sprinkle with onions and sausage on top.
5. We spread the carrots and mayonnaise again.
6. Next a layer of onions, a layer of eggs and a layer of beets.
7. Grease the top with mayonnaise and the salad is ready.
