Ans. yes.
You have to buy a new chassis vehicle, make a food truck body, then get it registered as "MOBILE CANTEEN" ?
Q 2. How to get FSSAI Licence.
Ans. Mobile food vendor registration can be applied online.
Q 3. Can old vehicle altered as MOBILE CANTEEN ?
Ans. No. As per the suprime Court order RTO has stopped all alterations.
Q 4. Can I use this vehicle any were in kerala?
Ans. Yes
Q 5. what is the grade of SS used?
Ans. 304, Food grade meterial.
Q 6. Is local bodies License required ?
Ans. No, but normally an NOC will be taken where the vehicle is parked.
Q 7. What are the facility provided in this food truck?
Ans. 100 ltr fresh water storage, 80 ltr waste water storage under the vehicle, water filter,1 Dosa plate, 2 High flame burners, 2 wash basin inside the cabin, and 1 wash for public, 3 Dish Bain Marie, storage table, Shawarma Machine, charkol BBQ , 850 Va Genset, 1 Kva Inverter, with 200 Ah Battery. Led lights.
