Bonjour Veronique, quand je fais mon gâteau au yaourt, j’ajoute les pommes en dés au tout dernier moment et enfourne immédiatement le gâteau dans le four préchauffée. Les fruits ne retombent jamais. J’espère que cela pourra vous aider 😅
