Sir, Can a school stop any child to take admission or re-admission (shifting from primary to secondary from same school) on the ground that child needs to provide divorce decree of parents to school? My cousin got divorce from one side from court as her husband didnot attend the court summon 3 times so court has given divorce from mother side only. My cousin daughter studying in 4th and she will be gping to 5th std in same school however their school will become government aided school and she will be charged no fees. Principal and headmistress is demanding divorce degree along with other basic documents. If not provided they are asking yo take Termination certificate from school. My cousin is a domestic help worker and she can pay minimal fees only. She is fearing that at last moment if her daughter dont get admission then her daughter education will get affected.
My niece age is 8years.Her biological father died in 2016.Her mother got 2nd marriage in 2021.The child went with his mother and stayed there for 2months.The child was tortured there.So,now she doesn't want to go her mother. What should we do now???
I have already consult a advocate. The advocate says that the child is mother's right.If the child doesn't want,she must go to her mother. Is it true, sir????
