There are many ways to migrate to Canada. But the easiest is to come for studies. Even with 2 C passes you may qualify for some programs as admission requirements can include both OL and AL results. However, this option can be expensive because you have to pay tuition fees. If you have caregiving experience, you can look into applying for jobs in that field to obtain a job offer.

Generally it is harder to get visas when you have a long study gap. To justify coming to Canada for studies it is advised that you find a course that is not offered in Sri Lanka. But of course there are no set guidelines on whether this is true or not. If you can find a master program that is not offered in Sri Lanka you can easily justify your reasons for coming to Canada for your studies despite the age.
