I was listening to a message pastor preached 14 years ago, and I confess I have never heard this kind of preaching. This is the full gospel of Jesus Christ. I wish this church was in Maryland close to DC

Is a court marriage a sin ? Like if someone gets married at court house is it different from the marriage at church ?
I don’t believe it to be a sin, no.
What has the Lord convicted you with . Court marriage isn't a sin but if you feel you are going against God by doing so then disobedience is a sin. If not then I think it's perfectly fine

I met someone who was married at a court and than separated
I know the Bible says
If a man married a divorced woman he commit adultery
She says it was a rush marriage out of youth
But I want to marry her and actually be marry under God’s law with her

I would encourage you to seek biblical counseling so that you can work those issues and or any other issues before committing to marriage under God’s law. If you’re able to get pre-marital biblical counseling you will be able to see where each of you stand, according to what God desires in marriage. I truly believe speaking with a counselor or pastor and getting biblical advice will answer your concern..
