School gotta really take a bigger step into preventing this bullying things from happening just being a little more attentive would save the 8 students and many more.
It is an elite school, his parents were not "nobodys". If it was grave, they would have undertaken serious steps. They themselves said they noticed nothing except that he occasionally said he didn't feel "accepted". The truth is that he practiced shooting with his father from the age of 12. That he loved the movies about murders including American Tragedy and The Purge. People he killed most of them he didn't even know well, 6 girls, one guard who was always kind to him. He needed 120 sec for that. Bullying is a fairy tale in this case
If you were strong enough to kill bullies it means you were strong enough to stand against bullies!
Let us continue to pray for our children

School bullying gone too far 😢
He's NOT an adult. 13 years old is not old enough to consent with a 30 year old. Even if an 18 year old touches a 13 year old is still an adult inappropriately touching a child. You can't have it both ways.
Exactly
He's still old enough to to differ right from wrong 😂
Sorry for everyone who was family to those who died from the shooter. And I hope HELL for that killer
That would make you no better than him. You should hope for rehabilitation for the child, and healing for the victims and their families.

This boy was not bullied at school. He was an undiagnosed psychopath that was clearly inspired by the Serbian war criminal Ratko Mladic (who is venerated as a hero by Serbs and the Serbian Orthodox Church). This bastard should be locked up in a psych ward and never be allowed to see the light of day.
Kid should be charged, despite his age, he planned the shooting and knew the difference so they should held him accountable

A 13 year old with a handgun had a bigger body count than most adult american shooters with a rifle. Thank God most American gun owners aren't even half as capable as a 13 year old Serbian child. I'll bet he could have killed even more if he was indiscriminate, but the kid was on a mission to annihilate the bullies on his list.

it's sad that when another country has a school shooting, people start mourning nationwide, but in the U.S. it's almost a daily occurrence that we just deal with, and it's a problem that some politicians have no interest in solving.

It's ridiculous to say that just because someone is below the legal adult age he can't be held criminally responsible! If he knows what he is doing, if he plans it, if he deliberately does it, and understands his actions, isn't mentally ill and has common sense, that individual absolutely is criminally responsible and should bear the burdens of his actions!

I Believe That If someone bullys a kid and the kid shoots up the school and killed everyone then the bully should face the same charges as the kid who was getting bullied because the bully the main one caused this mess so if the kid had killed 8 people and facing life the bully should also face life in prison to because he the main one who got those people kid in the first place.
and i disagree about "Nothing never justifies taking a person life" Because if someone disrespecting people and provoking and nobody does nothing then the person will keep doing it again because i believe that killing its always justifies because if there was a law that you have a right to kill people who ever disrespect you or provoke you or does anytype of thing to you then everybody will start acting right if people was not bullying people then they dont need to worried about getting killed.

As someone from Serbia I need to say this. He killed 2 girls from 6th grade just because they have been in the hallway when he killed the guard of the school. He killed a lot of people that was not on his list. Just bc of that we cannot say what was the reason neither anything about bullying. The only thing that we know it is that Serbia lost people ,bc of this act, and lost society on that day.
It was a 14 year old if i was the judge i would release the parents out from prison and put that boy in prison for life because when he was asked by the police why did you kill the 8 kids the teacher and the security guard he said because i am a psychopath we dont need psychopaths in this world

Everyone's going straight to empathizing with this weirdo, assuming it's bullying and what not. I think people should take a look at the parents.
