The car trailer currently is a flatbed, not enclosed, I will enclose the front and have sides with a tall mesh rear gate for launching with guides ect.
Show us pics when it's done!
@@TinyBoatNation It's going to take months, but will do!
For your conduit, on the bottom, I would recommend using round electrical conduit with end bushings to prevent chaffing the wire and the resulting electrical shots. The emt could even be welded, but I would probably use plastic elect conduit and conduit clamps, screwed on with the proper end bushing. It if painted will last forever? Thanks for the video!
Great video. Concur on the switching between 2" and 1-7/8" balls. It's stupid.
Thanks for the video, I'm doing a solar electric SIB with a casting deck on the front. I'm also altering a car trailer into a toy hauler at the front for wind protection for the solar panels on the boat during transport. And there will be a small rv setup in the front also. Your videos on the aluminum boats have given me a good amount of ideas, of how to do this!
Very cool!
Really grown man. Turned into great builder. Suggestion why don’t you put electric winch in camper to pull trailer in like on flat bed tow trucks or even use the trailers boat winch
I’m floating between an electric wench and an electric wheel
If you get a trailer ball switch set with the pin you can switch from any size in seconds. Go with the actual pin style, the boat works I worked at still uses the same set for over 20 years. They pull trailers daily plus pulling in and out of water.
2 in 1 this trailer is 🔥 👏👏👏👏👏🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
I approve of this comment.
Great info and what a learning curve. You're really figuring out alot of the key problems and methods for fabrication.
For hauling in the camper: use one strap from rear corner floor ring, around the axle, over to the other corner floor ring. Pulls toward the rear. ↖️↗️
For the front, weld a d ring under the permanent length of trailer neck.
Pull forward and down to a center floor ring. ⬇️
Triangulated with down force. 👍
There used to be a company that made open stacker trailer. And also the system that allowed you to put boat on top of pick up truck. They went broke. The demand was not there. Their stacker was really slick. Load boat at ramp like normal. Push a button and it went to second floor, load next boat and go home. Some were boat on top and small vehicle under. Towed behind motorhomes.
That sounds like an awesome idea! Don’t know how I would fit it inside a toy hauler, but the idea sounds rad.
Very professional sir looks damn good if I hadn't seen this video I'd swear you bought it
Haha! Straight from the factory.
Have you ever thought of adding a helm to something like an alumicraft v16?
Yes, if I had a 16ft boat for it
Dude I totally need a custom rack! Nice work
Nice job!
Thanks, Rusty!
That rig is awesome! Great job. You could make a tent topper for the trailer that you can swap out with the kayak carrier.
Now that! Is a good idea
What head camera are you using to film all of this? Great footage!
Gopro
I see Atera in your UA-cam video. You must be an IT guy like myself. And a Tiny Boat fan!
Very cool design.
Thanks!
Awesome job very creative Mike 👍👏👍
Awesome I love the flexibility of it and practical use. I wan to hear what happened at the KOA lol
Coming up next.
ther eavid for a good mod for the Kayak's trolling motor? Is that a Big Fish?
When you are making 90 degrees turn cut your metal at 45 so you don’t have any open ends
Thanks
So why did you get kicked out of the campground? Lol
Oh, the video is coming. I left a google review on the place
Amazing job! Your boy looked like he was having the time of his life out there on the yak. And congrats on your first walleye! BTW they are some of the best tasting freshwater fish you can catch. Though I don't know how that one would of tasted given the lake you were fishing looked like chocolate milk.
I know, I forgot about that and released it!
I wish to win lol
