@@thelawacademy1 Books on Intellectual property law? Additionally, UK contract law and the UK constitution; the books on contracts don’t have to pertain to the UK constitution. However, I’m assuming there is a notable overlap.
Given that the UK constitution is not codified, how does one analyse the constitution in its entirety? Furthermore, when laws make reference to clauses in previous accompanying acts of parliament, why aren’t they digitally hyperlinked? How and where would a lawyer research the relevant legislation?
