9:14 They didn't dot that cause the animators were humans, cause they didn't have enough time, cause they also need some rest, cause they were overworked. You said you don't know why ? I thought most of us knew the reason as the news was being spread by a lot of anime lovers and reactors at that time. They had a rough time but still put their heart and soul into it. The TV version is also super good but blu-ray version is definitely better since they had no time issue this time. 😊🙂

Its still not The complete version btw the director said even if they were given mouths they can't match the original ambition the tv release was a mess which was only 30% complete this is more so 70% complete
