Gotta say that even as a fully Divine form as an incarnation of Bishamonten, she is still the same adorable but even more deadly Kagetora. Looking at her design from a Servant verse perspective, Uesugi Kenshin does look like a fully armed spaceship and I could actually see her travel around the sapphire galaxy. As for Muramasa, yeah at that point the quality of her blade is already god tier and maxed out, but the really bad news for her is that her blade is only really good at what other blades have long been good at doing.

So are her relationships, like you can say Kagetora with harunobu is like a sister to brother/rival dynamic or like a romantic relationship. But it is kind of a clear view of how kagetora sees ritsuka as a romantic/obsessed interest (the gudaguda she was introduced in show this, her Valentine scene show this, and her ruler and lancer form bond lines show this as well, lastly this gudaguda also shows this). And compared to harunobu and kagetora relationship it is kind of hard to point out what type of relationship they have compared to ritsuka and kagetora.
