GIVING THE STRAY CAT (TENNESSEE) A TREAT WHILE HE IS IN HIS LIL HOUSE

Can't get the stray cat to come out of his house, but he does let me pet and feed him. I'm not able to keep him but I want to give warm , safe space during winter.
