My n64 carried me through y2k. Sitting there in my room with my bros in Hawaii, not sure if the world was ending, doing endless rounds of multiplayer on goldeneye 007. Ready to go, and happy.
i think its not completely out of the question for that era to make a comeback in some form, i do enjoy the new open world stuff but i dont want them to only do that from now on

It's such an incredible feeling experiencing that game again with my own child and seeing her get just as excited 🥲
This was the epitome of adventure for me. I remember asking my mom to make my cousin and I paper puppets cause it was the closest thing to an action figure we could get. I still keep my Super Nintendo instructions for the game safe and sound. It was a mystical tome for me. The 64 OST was pure.

I feel sorry for anyone that did not experience OOT and MM as a kid.
To this day have never played a better game.
My only regret for not having children is that I have to find someone else's kid to give a cultured understanding of video games.
