You are on spot with this Actress’s portrayal of Delia. She brings the correct amount of humor and angst the character was missing when played by Ilene. Ilene did a nice job, Lord knows how much we hated her whining and abuse of peoples graciousness afforded her. Randi brings a level of Twit to the character, which I loved when Kevin called her a Twit and she wanted Johnny to fire him for saying it. When she told Roger about it, he do they said oh Delia that’s terrible. Then when she turned to walk away, he got that spectacular Rogers been up to something bad smirk on his face in agreement with Kevin. Love this show I watched it 10 or 12 times all the way through now in the past seven or eight years it just reminds me so much of my grandmother because we watched it together and I love that time. We know those of us living in the 70s and 80s, we were experiencing, a time of tremendous growth and prosperity in America.
Oh! So Seneca had something pressing at work that kept him "stuck" there, that he couldn't be be there on the spot for Jill? ( Or Edmund if he was still here.) Maybe they could understand how that happened with Frank a few times with his work too? Maybe Frank wasn't a complete selfish, uncaring bastard? Just a thought! 🤔
