- several weeks after my last ridealong video i decide to move into a 30 month hotel to plan what to do next
And i will be delivering for doordash driver, uber eats driver, grubhub driver, instacart shopper, and walmart spark driver.
Song: Tobu- Candyland • Tobu - Candyland
Bro I am literally doing the same thing right now ! So tired of being homeless, I quit all my addictions by the grace of god now Im already in a better position! Making around 4k a month with doordash alone 🙏🏽 I should be off the streets next month ❤
you got this bro
@@KionneSenseithanks my guy 🙏🏽
just said a prayer for you - it will all work out! 🙏 HUGS
That’s awesome! Congratulations on kicking your addictions! 🎉
@@chelseagirl278 thank you 🙏🏽 I haven’t had a real hug in years 🫶🏽
You just grinding baby you are not without. God is with you.
I like these videos because it shows no matter how down bad you are, with the right attitude and work ethic you can still make enough money to get by and even a little more.
in the US that's true, the beauty about the American dream :)
I’m glad you’re not homeless anymore. Great video Trevor!
bro, asian speaking here. You can buy like a cheap rice cooker and then some rice to cook. Much cheaper that way. You can cook in large quantity then just put it in the fridge. It will be aight forr 2-3 days in the fridge
YeeeAa but he’s white……they mostly know packaged foods
lol you must know some pretty basic white people@@guy4432
I freeze rice and when I want it I just put it in the microwave with a damp paper towel on top. Very easy and nice to make something quick.
@@guy4432ignorant
or he can self-dash himself and save big on tip and delivery fee
Bro is making more than I make with a full time job just grinding it out, ngl that’s awesome. Keep it up man!
This guy is a Uber eats wizard. I’ve never seen an order over a dollar a mile on there, but DD shows so much love
Seriously i tried and every order is horrible. Not worth it
@@FrostDrive Depends on the market and time. Most uber eats orders are trash, but sometimes you'll get an occasional home run or during good nights: you might be swimming in orders.
DD is better
@@BrainletReviews i don’t care what anyone says, I tried UberEats at dinner time in front of expensive restaurants and it’s complete trash 98% of the time. Then DD will turn around and give me good orders from those same restaurants.
@@willmartin4430 kinda interesting i see takes like this all over the internet but it's the complete opposite in my market lol i consistently run both 5 hours a day when i work and always wind up with double the orders done on UE then on DD
10k in 30 days? now thats an aspiring goal.
Such a smart way to make money. Especially if you want to travel. Thank you for the great video. I live in my car and just started my UA-cam channel and love seeing other peoples experiences
Every delivery area isn’t as busy, you’re lucky to be in a busy area
Hugs and respect to everyone going through this crap right now.
The fact that these offers are over $4 is blowing my mind. Haven’t seen those type of offers since the panny hit.
The energy never stops haha, great vid
loving the videos I’m currently couch hopping with door dash as my only income.. unfortunately I just lost my car keys last night , wish me luck gang
I've rode on the ham-and-rice-express before. A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do.
I’m about to be in the same predicament. I’m leaving a domestic violence situation after 4 years with nothing but my dog and two bins of stuff. I’m gonna rent a car and stay in that at this point.
I’m telling you Durham NC is the move. Amazing orders like Boston but not as expensive.
I moved but came back to my mom’s place in Durham this weekend for a wedding nearby and I did a 12 hour workday in Durham on Sunday and I made $371.36.
I can certainly say your average workweeks in phoenix area would be higher in Durham no doubt. Trust me when I say work in Durham near duke, not Raleigh.
$371 just door dash in Durham? Really?
I'm in Raleigh and I'm lucky to hit $100 it's so dead here
depends where you go in durham after 7pm you may get robbed
@@JordanC-vq4rx lol if you use just one app, you’d never make any money.
I use DD, Uber Eats, Grubhub, and Instacart.
@@yoomatthews9118 just gotta stay away from east Durham and you’re fine. Most people there are too broke to be ordering food and there’s hardly any restaurants people order from there anyways.
That’s awesome but it also could’ve been an anomaly because of Valentine’s Day.
I love your shopping video!
New sub here. LOVE your channel and energy! !!! I am addicted already LOL
Keep it up man, I love the videos!
Motivating me bro, keep up the good content
Best gig economy content on UA-cam🙌🏽
The Billy Mays of DoorDash
This guy sick with it, love it🎉
I've traveled the country and done doordash all over. The 2 best areas I've found are Ann arbor michigan, and seattle Washington (north seattle area) .
Interesting. Is Ann Arbor an expensive area?
It is a college town. University of Michigan.
Awesome motivation 👍🏾
you're young. this is good for you
I love your videos!!!!
Hell yeah great video chase that bag trevor
Rice cooker and vegetable and any meat. Fried rice. Add an egg if you want. Sauces are like soy and oyster. Chili paste if you want.
Seafood at h mart is cheap like $1 for a 1-2 pound package compared to chicken or beef or pork
Keep up the hustle man. Best thing is while you have to talk to a tax accountant, last time I heard any hotel expenses you have that is for business which gig work is part of it is tax deductible.
His hotels wouldn't count since that's his main place he's living. A hotel as a business expense would be you're living and maintaining a residence in City A but need to go to City B for work.
F the Motel 6 and the storage unit. Used RV's can be had cheap. I do RS and have seen some great RV lots. I live in an RV in Spring TX and was lucky to find someone that let me put in on their property in exchange for work. My RS hours are 12:30-5:30 and I average about 80 a day. Do some DD and UE, but down time is not for me.
This is my life right now too, except I pay by the week at my extended stay. I pay $250 per week for the room but have no bills or any other expenses except $45 for my storage unit and $50 per month for my phone, and I am able to save around $150 per week. 99% of my stuff is in storage and I live out of a suitcase and a backpack. Hoping to be back in my own apartment again by summer.
Yea I hope so cause you’re paying 1000 a month for a hotel , that’s 1 bedroom apartment in the ghetto lol
@@cormaro1376 It is what it is. I'd rather have less in a good part of town than have more in the ghetto. I unfortunately got evicted from my last place. I need like $5k to put down as a deposit to get another apartment in a decent part of town. It's either overpay to live week to week in a one star hotel and slowly save, or live in my car and save faster. I'd rather take my time and have a roof over my head.
@@cormaro1376 What really sucks is that I had my own business and the pandemic killed it. I was doing so well until 2020. Then I had to close, reopen on a limited basis; I wasn't getting business anymore, and I held onto it longer than I should've. Then inflation came along and buried me. I went from owning a house, to renting an apartment, to a weekly rate motel; doing app gigs full time so I can get an apartment again. I've lost everything except my 2016 Honda Civic and as much as I could stuff into a 5'x7' storage locker, I left most of my furniture behind. Needless to say, I'm also really depressed.
@@MattyIcecubesyou gone be straight big bro
@@frankjay8137 Thanks man. It's gonna take some time but I'll be back.
Watching your videos feels like playing an RPG. Except I dont have to do anything .
I FEEL more accomplished though lol.
You're a good bargain shopper.. ❤
Best wishes ❤️
These motels should let you rent for one year at a time. I'd love to live in a Marriott if I could.
2:30 Subscribed right here 😂😂😂
That public bathroom pin would have changed if you accepted it, it was just nearby. The preview pin isn't usually the actual spot.
Good call on the delivery to a public restroom. :)
What’s the best time and days to do Spark ? I’m new to both DoorDash and Spark and trying to figure out the best time frames. Thank you 😊
I used to shop at that walmart in Mesa a lot!
You got my support (I subscribed)
Great video
great video, I want to see 10K
I hope you make a video of Doordashing in tempe cause they have all day peak pay.
You got this.
This dude min maxing life
I wish my Uber Eats orders looked like this. :)
Liked, Subscribed, Shared!!
Don't forget tax, fuel, and maintenance.
Dude move back to the Boston area. Obviously wicked expensive the closer you get to downtown. But they were cheaper apartments within 10-15 minutes. Either north or south. Get yourself a basic. Plus there's so many other employment opportunities if you need it.
If doing deliveries+vids is all you’re doing make the trip out to Seattle. Minimum pay is like 27 an hour. (City minimum wage laws) best of luck love your energy !
that YT on hits different I see not dashing as hard still able to get 250 a day in the car tho right the market is still good?
folks... he 'made' $5700/month
minus tax, which is gonna be a nice 30%, so $1700. so he really made $4k, but wait
gotta deduct the gas he used, depreciation on the car for the miles, cost of wear and tear on the car (tyres, brakes, etc)
he's making more like $3k/month, which aint that bad....... but he has no benefits at all, and he is driving a lot - risking getting in an accident, which would easily cost more than a month or two of earnings. its hard to make it out there folks; and this is NOT a long term solution.
great job son!!!
Just signed up in solo. I hope your link worked because it just took me to the playstore and i signed up so i can't tell if your referral worked. Hope it did.
You can replace the expensive bacon with some chicken or turkey “bacon”. They should be $2-3 cheaper than pork. Keep it up and stay safe .
Yeah yesterday every restaurant I went to it was long waits. Only made $101. So it was so not worth going out.
Hey we be delivering in the same areas!!
It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s Super dash 😂
The thing I've learned about society is that the people with the most appear to be the least charitable - because in a large portion of people it's family wealth that they've never had to make any contribution to. They don't understand that you're trying to scrap together a few dollars to pay bills while they live in luxury believing they are the main character.
I've never had a lot of money, but when I got my first good job as a nurse I make sure to never tip under 10 dollars because even though it's still a lot to me, it's even more to someone slogging deliveries all day.
If they paid you 24 for that first spark run imagine how much the customer paid Walmart 💀
Any reason why you put the food so far away from the door on some of these? I did DoorDash for a few years and am also a customer. I hate having to walk outside to grab my food. Best place I found to put it (if possible) is within arm's reach of opening the door that way the customer doesn't have to put shoes (or clothes) on. Not sure if any other customers think about these things, but I do when rating and tipping lol. Great video!
Nice bro
People really need to learn what its like and tip makes me so mad i watching all these people who do this and don't get tipped
Look up the extended stay type hotels, Hilton, Holiday inn ect have them and you get much better place than a motel 6
@crockett5
He will pay twice the amount staying at a Hilton brand or Holiday Inn!
@@kelj4517exactly they cost way more
Good call on that Chicken!
Yo Trevor. How old are you?
How much did you pay to live at Motel 6 for 30 days?
What program you use for edit??
Final Cut pro
I have a question for you. I live close to everything. Nothing is more than 10 minutes away. (Which makes it kind of ridiculous that I use DoorDash but hey, I can afford it so I do.) Almost every time I order I’m ordering from a restaurant that is very close to me. But most door dashers stop somewhere on the way to my house and they stay in that spot for as long as 15 or 20 minutes and then they continue on and come to my house. My assumption is that they’re dropping off another order. They’re not stopping at business locations, they’re stopping at residences, which is fine, but I can’t figure out why these stops are so long. When they come to my house they’re here for maybe one minute total, if that. What are these folks doing at these other stops that takes so long?
Ask them, then you will find your answer.
Could be on earn by time.
San Diego, CA might be the move my friend. The pay here is a little different: 34 cents per mile and .337 per minute + tip. The pay starts as soon as you hit accept on an order. Good luck.
How is that good?
@@marciejade1408 do some math and you'll see!
On a horse or camel?
@@J__7777 do you do uber eats or door dash? I think you're misunderstanding the pay structure here in San Diego
@MiguelAngel-tc6ht the pay is low...specially for California.
.33 a minute is about $20/hour and that's IF you're active for the whole hour.
.34 cents a mile is below clown level...
Even the mile reimbursement is about .68 cents a mile.
I hope you do the deliveries in a 5K or less hybrid vehicle.
California just raised their minimum to $20/hr and that's no miles (except for the ones you drive to work)
Rideshare is another option although you will do more driving.
What’s accom cost and fuel
Why is the Pokémon go music playing lol
ham and rice, rock bottom lol
Commenting for the algorithm
dang so doordash dont pay enough to pay the bills?????
Is it worth it after gas and wear n tear on your car? If you use your car to the point where it breaks down will you be able to replace your car? Getting an actual job where you can be promoted, get benifits, and have job security sounds better for most people.
That’s why you don’t use old vehicles for this type of work it’s kinda a no brainer if you plan to go long term .
@@HubbaJamoa new vehicle with a huge car payment would be worn out within a year of doing this hustle instead of getting a real job but I guess it works for kids that live with mommy
@@billargueta5458 I have a 2019 Toyota rav 4 and I have been doing gig work full time for years and I don’t live with mommy. It’s unknowable people like you that scare people away before they’ve even given it a shot .
@@HubbaJamo your 2019 rave 4 will be worn out in day and you will need to buy another car because your gig hustle will kill the engine and transmission after it kills the brakes, rotors, windshield wipers, tires, fluids etc. How much is your Mortgage, utilities, food etc vs how much you make? Or are your bragging about renting an apartment where most utilities are free? Lmao.
💯
were you playing pokemon go while delivering or am i going crazy
I do actually
Trev, we're gonna need to see consistent 30 minutes vids.
One thing I do is watch 3 vids in a row to get my 30 min Trevor fix. Try it.
Where’s this hotel at bro ? And how much is it per month ?
Hey PARADOXX Bro, what is your home address? Oh, and how much do you pay each month?

Stay out of sketchy motels dude. Lots of drugs and negative drama going on at those places.
