Very refreshing to see a woman who's a true petrolhead and whose level of car journalism is simply astounding. Beautiful vid!
Your enthusiasm for proper drivers cars never fails to shine through. Keep it up Jodie, fantastic content as always!
In my opinion the most proportionally perfect vehicle ever created. Love your videos, your enthusiasm, genuine fascination and thoughtfulness for these amazing cars.
Great proportions, stunning lines, car not too shabby either.
But seriously, it's a shame cars don't look or sound like that any more, it's truly iconic.
250 SWB, The automotive equivalent of Sophia Loren. Another superb video, thank you again.
honestly this is a true car enthusiast channel love it !
Yepp Its Because Shes always Had a Background In cars!!! And Intreast!!! Love Her / Used To Race Masarati Challange too Some years back>>>
What a car. My only criticism about your videos Jodie, is that they just ain't long enough. Keep them coming.
What a great channel! I got this episode on "related" vids after I'd finished watching Harry's Garage, and at first I thought "Oh blimey, Supercar Blondie. Let me just get rid of this..." then I thought "Hold on, is that a 250SWB? And that's Jodie Kidd!" So refreshing to see someone on a car channel who both knows their stuff and can drive. Good on ya Jodie! Subscribed.
Thank you for spanking this car. time stamp 4:16 and 7:28. Just glorious. Great content
i used to live near the area and I used to drive around for hours and sometimes id run into one of those beauties, then id proceed to lose my shit and after a while id have to pull over and collect my thoughts, I'm not ashamed to admit I cried tears of joy when I saw one of these masterpieces drift around a roundabout, hearing the colombo v12 rawr, it was overwhelming! I love these cars and part of why I love them is the freedom that comes along with them, sure they are expensive but nowhere near as expensive as the original ones. Also, the original ones carry so much history that you can afford to jeopardize that, I couldn't anyway, their history is too precious to me. The GTO recreation allows you to be in the position they new owners of SWBs where in period, you can drive it hard take it to historic races and no worry about driving a historic artefact, you can focus on creating new history with these timeless beauties, you can continue their legacy by driving them to their limits. A clean slate. At the same time, you're able to spec it any way you want and hopefully, you'll choose a historic Ferrari livery, maybe reinterpret it, you're freed from resale red over tan which somehow applies even to the classic Ferraris. This car embodies peak car design and aesthetic, peak car driving characteristics and engagement, peak racing with the incredible endurance races of its time, and above all freedom. Freedom from Ferrari snobs, freedom from the immense responsibility of preserving a historic artifact, freedom to create new history and that's why I love these cars and why my dream car isn't a Ferrari 250 SWB but a Ferrari 250 SWB built by GTO engineering (in the spec of chassis no. 2159 GT without the spotlight in case you were wondering).
I'm 19 years old and while I got my whole life ahead of me to put myself in a position to buy a GTO 250 SWB I'm honestly pessimistic as I don't know if cars like that will be available or even legal when that time comes. If you own one of these cars or any raw driver-oriented car whether it's a classic or not please, drive it, enjoy it and experience it as much as possible these cars were not built to be garage queens and a generation of future petrolheads might not be able to do what you have the opportunity to do in the future.
Great video! Your take on the car’s you’re reviewing is fantastic, especially like the rapport you have with the people you’re interviewing. It’s a refreshing change to the Automotive scene
What a sound. I'm a huge Porsche fan but the sound of that Ferrari v12 is so loveable that it rates up there with my favourite sounds.
I'm just full of goose bumps with all your vids. Thanks for bringing these cars to us.
I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve watched this, what a car, what a sound!
Great content as always. The 250 SWB is my favourite Ferrari and one of the most beautiful cars ever. So nice to see it being driven properly! Keep up the good work 👍
More of the build and design process, pretty please? 😉 Your enthusiasm is infectious, I’m really enjoying the video’s you are putting out. It’s not one thing but a combo of your sense of humor, appreciation of the cars and people, enthusiasm and knowledge. It also helps that you raced for a time so you have the ability to properly wring a cars neck while showing it mechanical sympathy. As an amateur racer and long time professional race mechanic myself I appreciate drivers like yourself. Well done, can’t wait for the next video.
Your videos are so relaxed, genuine love for cars, they just give pure joy to car lovers like us. This iconic cars and collections just makes our days brighter. Thanks Jodie
You just get it when it comes to cars. Another great vlog. Thanks Jodie.
Jodie's one of the best at a car show! We saw a wonderful and natural side of Jodie. Maybe just a glimpse. But there was more than enough authenticity in that too. Great introduction Jodie!
Good Lord how special was this. I would love to own a car like that.
Never a disappointment. You just had to touch one in the shop. Great fun. Keep the videos coming
Keep putting out your style of content Jodie, you've rapidly created one of the best car channels!

My fav car of all time is the 250 tour de France but most old cars are stunning and my fav engine is the v12, what a glorious thing to listen to.
What a sweet little machine. Love that it's created so some of us above a certain height fit too.
Thanks for another terrific video, Jodie. You have a terrific channel. Your enthusiasm for cars really comes through.
Just awesome. Bringing us there. Way to go Sweets. Thank you
Love your enthusiasm Jodie. Thanks for the time and effort to show us such a top car. Superb.
In 1968 I had the oportunity to drive this car, a 250 SWB Competition. The friend of my sister used to drive races with this car on the Nürburgring in Germany. And one sunday he came with this incredible car and visited us. I was then 19 years old and he took me on a ride on the brand new Autobahn. I was so flashed by this car, the sound, the acceleration. We drove about 30 km with full speed at 290 km/h. And then we drove back and Peter, the friend of my sister told me to drive. I was in heaven. First I drove only 160- 180 km/h but in that car it was nothing. And at last I also drove full speed. There was next to no one on the Autobahn. That car is a dream.
Please please please keep making these cars for years and years to come
Give me 10 years and I’ll buy one I swear!
A brand new 250 GT ? . Yes that'd be a great way to spend your roll over winnings . Also , she's incredibly tall but also incredibly elegant which is a good combination .
something so soothing about your voice Jodie. Makes all these pods very special. plus great cars of course 😘
PS one complaint - too short it was so nice with you striving felt was with you. that car that colour those roads. all made for each other. can’t you just KEEP driving filming and talking for a few more hours please 👍👍👍wonderful stuff

Wow! For me the Lusso is the most beautiful Ferrari, and the 275GTB is the best combination of brute and beauty. But then there is the SWB. Thanks for the great presentation.
Brilliant video , subscribed 👍
Love the vid with Brian Johnson too
Such a cool guy 😎
Cant wait for more !
I love this and I love the old lady and gents smiles and waves, makes it even more satisfying to drive!
On a side note Jodie. I am a watch fan, particularly vintage and I have noticed some lovely watches on your wrist.
One looks like some form of Navitimer and then this one which looks like a Ti Tag Heuer Aquaracer. If so, is it one of your friend Georges beautiful variants?
Another wonderful video, thank you!
Such a beautiful iconic car... Driven by such an iconic beautiful lady... Your cannel is just wonderful Jodie
Stunning! That is all.
Unreal, I love them all I’m really happy that someone is out there making these recreations, I feel very fortunate that I have the cheapest Ferrari known to man because any Ferrari is better than no Ferrari
Such beautiful cars (the older ones). Today aerodynamics made us to loooooose those pretty styles.
Dear Jodie, I love this channel, I love every single car you've shown us. I don't think ANYTHING (for me) can top touching Senna's last F1 car and grabbing his steering wheel at Maclaren's
But every single car you've shown/drove is a dream car 😍❤️
A Totally Timeless Never Ever Gets old Beautiful Looking Sounding SuperCar. A Very Good Video All The Best To You And Everyone At GTO Engineering.

@@KiddinaSweetShop any sound proofing at all in it i mean ok stunning sound but wouldn't fancy going deaf
Jodie - I love your way of interviewing - so joyously welcoming and supportive of your interviewee on a human level! It’s so refreshing and uplifting for me as a viewer to watch.
And, of course, the cars to which you get access are off the charts.
As a driving experience enthusiast myself, who loves to share the magic with others, I’m always happy to hear your admonitions to get these cool cars out on the road - to give them life and let others enjoy the sight.
Amazing!!
So sad to hear about Mark Lyon passing. Wonderful to have him with you on this film. And I had to watch it all the way through again. What a guy. Rest in peace Mark 🙏
Such a lovely man, he’ll be sorely missed xx
An Immaculate holder of knowledge of building real cars has been lost.. he knows things that new generation can't even think of :( rebuilding old car parts is a nightmare
