I could never do the paleo diet (esp when it's been around for the last 600 m yrs 🤪; I apologize if it's a balcony joke). Glad to see the tests have turned out negative. I get my second jab in about 72 hrs time (and probably should get a booster, according to the BBC). Now it's a race to get all my VA appointments done and get tests updated.

Sourdough bread is not gluten-free if it's made with wheat flour, and gluten-free bread isn't paleo if it's made with any kind of grain or legume.
