Do you know how weird it is to be someone trying to do something working around people who already decided this job is their life? When they know you have that mind state you are a target, even if you are doing exactly what everyone else on your level is.
When they put you on that PIP with that impossible goal and you knew you were going to be fired in 90 days,you should have used that 90 days to look for a new job, not work harder for them. When employers want to fire you, they need a paper trail to justify the firing to HR so they use PIP. You might have still been able to sue for unjust firing because they gave you an impossible goal and that would have been easy to prove based on every elses numbers.

We had a lady that was printing stuff out for her church. The lady that stocks the printer started to to suspect someone was using up all the paper. No one had the heart to say it was the church lady. Because she was doing the lords work. 🤫
