    I usually wake up around 8 am every morning.

    My alarm goes off and the first thing I do is turn it off.

    Then I stretch my arms and legs to wake up my body.

    After I turn off my alarm, I like to take a few deep breaths before getting up.

    It helps me feel more alert and ready to start my day.
