I do agree that for single doffer carding 60-120 Kilo pre hour is good. However the fiber must be cut to length and also needs to be processed. This is a crood set up to produce solid strate polyester fiber. The current price is around 350-650 /ton dollar. You probably consume 45 kW per hour. The chipper should be in separate machine as is a prosses done in butch. Really don't disagree but I do not feel that profit can be made out of this other than selling the machine itself

Somos una empresa de Bulgaria. www.plasticabg.net "EASY WOOL PRO SUPER MAXIcombo" es el modelo más nuevo de la serie EASY WOOL. Hemos rediseñado el modelo antiguo para que sea más compacto y liviano porque nuestros clientes provienen principalmente de continentes extranjeros. Así, el transporte será más barato y más rápido. El principio del nuevo modelo es el mismo que el anterior con una capacidad de hasta 50 kg por hora dependiendo del espesor de la fibra. En el nuevo modelo, todo está combinado en un solo cuerpo. También ajusta todos los parámetros. La velocidad de la turbina, la potencia del turbocompresor, que controla la calidad de la guata. La materia prima se tritura en botellas de plástico PET. No es necesario que esté limpio. Se pueden aplastar con etiquetas y tapones porque las boquillas tienen 10mm de diámetro y no hay peligro de atascos. We have redesigned the old model with more compactness and low weight because our customers are mainly from foreign continents. Thus, transport will be cheaper and faster. The principle of the new model is the same as the old one with a capacity of up to 50 kg per hour depending on the thickness of the fiber.In the new model, everything is combined into one body.
