      你好~如果你係加拿大稅務居民,並有把你的收入在加拿大報稅,那你給父母居住就不用給予空置稅

    請問如果presale是多個兩年前已contract, ,咁樣speculation tax 會唔會apply? Or 由completion date 計算?

      @@OTPLAYLIST hello你好,當title transfer 就是 completion date, 就會開始計算speculation tax 了

      I don't think so. Not going by the completing date. I think it go by the date you signing the contract on the pre sale. You can looking up online on BC flipping tax
