you chose the wrong shoe. the decollette is for a different shaped foot than the pigalle. you need the pigalle follies 100 if you want a thinner heel but something that still fits your footshape.

So Louboutin says himself that he designs shoes to look beautiful and not to be comfortable. Additionally, it’s not wise to go out dancing in brand new high heels - of course they killed! You have to break them in. I wouldn’t have expected a new shoe (even of a brand that’s made to be comfortable) to feel great after wearing them the first time during a night of dancing.
