I would have died long time if I follow your thinking. I am 86 yrs old male. For over 40 yrs I have been dancing to a variety of dancing styles. 14 total different types of dances. Since retirement @ age 65 I dance 4 to 5 times a week, for at least 2 hrs. My life revolves on dance parties, & dancing stimulate my brain, engage in social interaction & at the same time enjoy life. Mental stimulation & socializing are very important for healthy longevity.
