This is a prime example of why the legal system in this country needs a serious change and updated when it comes to cases like these. Taxpayers are already paying for the operation of law enforcement and courts along with other government agencies should not be charged time and time again for several different processes when they are the victim in the first place. The legal system is taking advantage of them by doing it, especially when they are getting nowhere after already having been taken advantage of and only costing them even more, and for what? That is adding insult to injury, or like putting salt on an open wound. These scammers obviously know that and the chances of them being caught and held accountable for their deplorable and despicable actions is slim. It is absolutely disgusting what they get away with. At least for now anyhow, as one day they will have to face a just and righteous God in their final judgment, as all of mankind will be judged and there is no way around it, and if they don't change their ways now, they will regret it then when God takes revenge for their wrongdoings and they have to spend eternity in punishment in hell for it.
A disclosure & payment arrangement to be provided by the loosing party should be presumed mandated with standard deadline when jusgement is pronounced.
But when YOU owe a company, they can use liens, collection agencies, garnishments…….
Why can’t these people be found in contempt if they avoid responding to these judgements?
