In this video, we are at our completed site Gundecha Trillium, Kandivali (East), Mumbai.
It's a newly constructed highrise apartment with modern amenities provided by the builder.
We have designed this entire apartment of 1200 sq.ft carpet area in "3D" first, to visualize the color scheme, space planning & design so that client comes to know how it will look after all the work done.
After making some minor changes in designs, we have executed the work as per the design.
Every room has attached balcony like Living Room, Kitchen, and three bedrooms. There is no common bathroom in the apartment, every room has a separate attached toilet and bathroom.
There is a large space for dining are for 6 to 8 people with crockery unit and wash basin.
Pooja room is also provided in the passage area between all three bedrooms.

Everything is coated/pasted/laminated doesn't matter which Brand U put ,it is long lasted for maximum 3-4 years .
Balcony 's sliding door can easily be broken when wind speed exceeds 50+ kmph for sure , wind speed will definitely be high , since it is widely opened to forest area ..entered the whole house damage everything inside it ....
If Contractor invested : Rs 10-15 lakh (max), then
Owner invested: Rs 25-30 lakh

As I'm an Architect and an successful Interior Designer, the total cost of only interior may be around 15-20 lakhs,
Reason- Korean boards are damn expensive.
* Heavy use of dual false ceiling and wallpapers.
*Italian marble flooring.
*P-U rated Myca that is expensive.
*Use of spotlight in large numbers, one is 500 rupees * 100 lights= 50,000 only for small spotlights.
* And labour cost ,etc.

Here are some points:
1. Always follow you local development authority by-laws and rules to avoid heavy penalties in future.
2.Keep a large kitchen and parking for 2 cars with 2 bedrooms and 3 toilets in Ground floor. That'll be all, don't forget a dining and drawing.
3. In 1st floor, keep a private family drawing/T.V. room, including 2 more bedrooms and 3 toilets. Also include a large balcony/open terrace if possible.
4. Prefer consulting an Architect and not a civil engineer for better space management and space flow.
5. Ignore use of excessive wood work and include korean-board use more.
*Bonus: Try bringing out green space in garage

I dont wanna imagine how wod those book shelves (tree shape) look like when its full of books.... and two shelves were really too much. I didnt like the niche given on top of headboard.
Wodden floorings are used in balcony.. There are chances that it may get affected during monsoon seasons due to rains... Are there any alterative to wodden floorings..

Liked your work .but I didn't think it is 1200 sq ft. Sirf 1200 sq ft me 3 room,itne balconies , spacious kitchen ,puja room , itna kuch accomodate impossible hai .
I guess you just have to do the math.
Living Room => 15 * 10 = 150 sq ft
Bedrooms (3) => 15 * 10 * 3 = 450 sq ft
Kitchen => 10 * 7 = 70 sq ft
Dining Room => 10 * 8 = 80 sq ft
Puja Room => 5 * 3 = 15 sq ft
Bathrooms (3) => 10 * 5 * 3 = 150 sq ft
Balconies (4) => 10 * 2 * 4 = 80 sq ft
Total = 995 sq ft
Now this is just an approximation, you're still left with 205 sq ft, so the bedrooms could be actually a little bigger than the numbers used here.
@@bharatkhatri814 to this calculation one has to clearly mention carpet area or superbuilt .. here most of us would think that 1200sq ft is superbuilt area of the flat ..
I don't think the title of the video is talking about super built-up area which includes common areas like the corridor, lift lobby, lift, etc. As far as the built-up area is concerned, it includes carpet area plus thickness of inner walls - which is usually around 20% of built-up area. So if built-up area is 1200 sq ft, the contribution of inner walls should be around 240 sq ft.
And so with a built-up area of 1200 sq ft, this floor layout is definitely feasible.
He clearly mentioned it in the description 1200sqft carpet area... ☺

Such crammed up bedroom with heavy colors tones make u feel so suffocated and the stove and washing sink shd never be together as fire and water element in vastu do not go well .🙄

I really don't get the interior design showing the Lord Buddha as a show piece or artifact.We workship Lord Buddha as aur God and don't feel good to see in this way.plz don't do this The statue should be in our worship place.Get the knowledge of Buddhism and path he told to the whole world you life and death will be in peace.
Right..these people are using Lord Budha as showpiece or artifact.....this is not Good.. God's statues should be given a proper place in any house...after all it's God's blessings.that we are able to buy such houses.
