- My recent car project is a 1958 plymouth plaza. I bought 2 of them August 6th 2018 and haven't done any videos on the progress. Most of what I do is on Instagram @forwardlookmark
I'll try to make another video including how she looked when I got her.

Nice! I bought a '58 Plaza as well, even mine is a 4 door one 318 v8 and pushbutton. Original brakes are really an issue... Could you detail what brake pump do you have in yours? I'm not decided in doing a disc brake conversion, but I'd like to fit a dual brake pump, just for safety, mine's one line for all 4 brakes so... By the way, I just bought the same horn ring as you, car had a simpler one... Hope you can change the fuel pump soon and make a video of it running!!!
Actually been driving her around. Need to work out a few bugs but she runs great. The pump i used is from a 73 charger manual brake.

Its already been mostly done. Engine is almost back together. I cant commit to youtube series, just my instagram.

Where did you find the disc break conversion for your car? I'm looking to do the same to my Belvedere.
I couldn't tell you. I forgot all my suppliers and the cars long gone

@@my55chevy43 i got another 58 and i just did the disc brake conversion from a company called SSBC Brakes. part number A153, i talked about it in my newest video of my new 58 Belvedere.
@@9c1_forwardlook_mark I actually found a kit From AAJ brakes. He is located in Oregon. But I have recently sold my car. But I sure appreciate it.

It was for an old 30s ford pick up
It was huge too. I had to cut the v in half to make it that size

Er...Plymouth’s came with V8 engines. So much for “factory”
Not true. Base models came with flat six engines like this. This was the factory engine.
You’re right. The “V” ornament only applied to V8 models, so you may want to upgrade the engine. 😬
@@adriananoelle4699 i made the v out of scrap. And the cars been gone for a few year already.
