      It’s inflammation. If you wake up and they are extra puffy, that’s a sign of inflammation. Do intermittent fasting for 36 hours once a month and try to only eat within a 6 hour window each day. Cut out junk food like sugars, carbs and preservatives. Make sure you’re getting at least 7 hours of quality sleep each night. Cut out the caffeine 12 hours before u go to bed (as it interferes with sleep whether u notice it or not). You’ll see when you wake up, you will reduce inflammation and the puffiness is gone or greatly reduced

    I noticed my face has changed just as you described. I sleep at night and when I wake up my face is very dry and my skin tone is not even. This is since I've been taking the Vitamine D.

    Thanks for this interesting and informative video. I was wondering what your thoughts are on bumpy skin on the arms and thighs. They look a lot like very congested pores. My 11-year-old son has had it for several years. Thank you!

    My dermatologist said I have Melias because of plugged pores. I applied cream on my face for 4 or 5 weeks to help the Melias come to the surface. The remedy was sticking a needle in each of the melias. Needless to say, it was too painful to continue. Will they go away with magnesium supplements? I've been taking magnesium and potassium for a longtime.

    Question: so hooded eyes are actually a deficiency in calcium and not genetics?
    Also, what about paler or bluish skin under the eye. (Racoon eye) Like no matter how tan I get, it is always pale even when not wearing sun glasses.

    I get sores all over my face now I do have bad teeth but when I take antibiotics my face does not clear up and I have a lot of stomach issues

    I know when I push my adrenals, my eyes get puffy and I lose my electrolyte easily having adrenal fatigue. I wish I knew how to get adrenals back to normal!

    I'm almost 67 years old and the only thing I have is the droopy eyelids but I am on calcium from my naturopath/pharmacy. (500mg/day) I take a ton of organic supplements 2X a day. (Plus some of your supplements) How can I get rid of the droopy eyelids? 🤷‍♀️

      That is a copper deficiency.

    You need copper to absorb iron, not together.
    Copper is not toxic. Most people are deficient.
    You can’t it’s all copper if you’re eating dairy

    And if you're sensitive to oxalate, tannins or glycosides, good luck. These suggestions will cause a buildup and bind to things like calcium or iron

      Overall I would not be worried about eating oxalate-containing foods unless you know you have sensitivities to those foods. Processed food, sugars, and bad oils are way more important to focus on. Many of the foods containing oxalates have a lot of health benefits to outweigh the negatives for most people. -LGD Team

      Spinach is extremely high in oxalates, which actually bind to your calcium and iron. Also non heme iron is poorly absorbed

      I would juice one lemon 🍋 with like 10oz of water. Drinking it 1st thing in the morning. Then not eating for several hours. 🥰
