@@charsiu_808 Hi! NCBoot are my initials without the 'h' at the end and it stuck with everyone. Never knew it was a "brand"... do you know what "brand" it is for?
It’s inflammation. If you wake up and they are extra puffy, that’s a sign of inflammation. Do intermittent fasting for 36 hours once a month and try to only eat within a 6 hour window each day. Cut out junk food like sugars, carbs and preservatives. Make sure you’re getting at least 7 hours of quality sleep each night. Cut out the caffeine 12 hours before u go to bed (as it interferes with sleep whether u notice it or not). You’ll see when you wake up, you will reduce inflammation and the puffiness is gone or greatly reduced
Very interesting! Potassium and selenium needed here evidently. Thanks for the research and sharing the information! I was hoping you would address what they call 'liver spots' too. 😁
I noticed my face has changed just as you described. I sleep at night and when I wake up my face is very dry and my skin tone is not even. This is since I've been taking the Vitamine D.
Thank you! It will be important that you stay hydrated during the day. Focus on consuming half your body weight in ounces of water daily. Electrolytes + Energyze and Greens can help your body absorb that water! Fatigue and a lack of sleep can also cause dark circles under your eyes. Make sure you’re practicing good sleep hygiene. When you sleep, try extra pillows under your head to lessen the puffiness of fluid pooling in your lower eyelids. Sometimes dilated blood vessels can darken the area under your eyes. A cold compress can cause the blood vessels to constrict, which may result in a lessening of the dark circles. -LGD Team

My dermatologist said I have Melias because of plugged pores. I applied cream on my face for 4 or 5 weeks to help the Melias come to the surface. Overall I would not be worried about eating oxalate-containing foods unless you know you have sensitivities to those foods. Processed food, sugars, and bad oils are way more important to focus on. Many of the foods containing oxalates have a lot of health benefits to outweigh the negatives for most people. -LGD Team
@DrLivingood interesting idea. I read a few research papers that say otherwise, but absolutely agree that sugar, crap carbs and seed oils are the main evil today
Electrical herbs like: Stingy nettle, Burdock root, Sarsaparilla root only from Jamaica, Kalawalla root only from Peru, Yellow Dock Root only from Mexico and only use 2 weeks on and two weeks off at a time and drank 32 ounces daily ((only)) drinking distilled water.
Big question what about the calcium lie and the best absorbed calcium and if it's not the right kind how it can cause problems and your body sends the overload of the wrong kind of calcium to the heart and brain and causes problems in those areas??
