Reason this wont happen: Number one, people with cars (trollers) would drive on every pet, Number two, people who tried really hard and got there dream pet and it dies. New people not knowing this happens, and finally, I don't think adopt me would like having toons of hate. This update idea aint that fun at all.
Edit: and also not playing for a long time and your pets die is not fair at all.

Fun fact: You can just get a propeller (there are propellers in adopt me) and fly to the potion shop so that your pet wont die

To be honest if they did add this they would definitely make a setting to wear you can turn it off for example, “Let pets die?” Or something more childish 😂. But, adding this would be cool because i am a HEAVY roleplayer when it comes to my favorite pets.

My issue would be the bullies in the game who purposely drive their vehicals over avatars and pets etc. I love all my pets and have spent too much for 1 bully to ruin it.
