do you train your aim before playing or just hop into the game? if so what do you do to be more accurate than aim assist itself?

I lose to aim assist most of the time, dont get it twisted! But i do warm up, with aim trainers. Then i do some fooling around in firing range before i feel ''warm'' then i dive into ranked
